the reason why the Wendy's at this location service is so poor is because the manager is a degenerate who lacks professional/communication skills and hires crackheads and ignorant people who are not trained properly. My experience with that establishment is trying to obtain corporate's number to file a complaint they hung up on me they were very disrespectful and discourteous. the manager's name is Karen and she's on the day shift. the crackhead name Ricardo that I know she hired got to work on time every morning at 7:00 and she does not arrive until 7:30 - 7:45. He also says she does not know how to talk with even her staff She has poor managerial skills he says she bends her behind in his face even though she is a married woman That is sexual harrassment.. The girl in the front was very rude and she didnāt care that she was rude. She said it in her own words that she didnāt care about the service I was getting. She packed all my separate orders in one little bag and when I asked for another bag to separate the meals. She acted like she didnāt care and placed the bag down on the counter. When I asked if she put all the meals in the same bag and asked for a separate bag, she said OMG! I was so confused as what the hell? Who was she talking to like that? Another customer left as well because of the rudeness. Still waiting to hear from corporate. Totally lost my appetite even though I hadnāt eaten from morning.
