Terrible service. I called this establishment, I immediately asked for delivery. The guy asked for my number, as I'm a previous customer with my address stored, and then told him what I wanted. After I told him that he said the total and hung up the phone. I called back because I didn't get the chance to say what I wanted on the side + asking if they accept apple pay.
Fast forward 30 minutes later, I call back and ask for the status on the delivery. The guy tells me it's for pick up.. to which I told him no I asked for delivery which is why I asked if they accept apple pay. He then said okay and repeated my address thats stored with my number (another reason why i figured why he didnt ask me for my address originally was because they had it already). I thought about it further and did not want to wait any longer so i told him forget it I'll just pick it up. I asked him to remake my two orders of soup due to it sitting out for 30 minutes + however long itd take for me to pick it up due to him not understanding that it was supposed to be delivery. He said no, they cannot do that because they would need to throw it away. I told him to cancel my order then and throw it away. I am sick, I wanted hot soup, and I wanted it delivered. So instead of that I have to go drive elsewhere because the guy did not want to listen.
My advice for this location is to not to hang up on your customers, and also to listen. If someone says DELIVERY that does not mean PICKUP. Why would I call the second time and ask for them to make sure Crispy noodles are in the bag, and ask if the driver accepts apple pay, if I wanted...

I am both flabbergasted and disgusted to find that the business model this place uses is to care less about repeat business customers. I am sitting eating the LAST China-a-go-go takeout I wii EVER order. I have been ordering from these guys for over 5 years. Their takeout menus used to have coupons attached with NO expiration date. I have used the coupons as late as this past June and never encountered any problems using them. Tonight , I wanted to use the last coupon and they refused to honor it. The thing is when I went to pay, they AGAIN raised their prices. My bill was $11.00 more than it was in March for the same order. Over the years more Chinese restaurants have opened closer than China-a-go-go. I am happily taking my business elsewhere! Had they just honored the coupon, I would never have been motivated to spread the word: EAT...
Read moreThis place is perfect for simple, to the point, chinese takeout. I've ordered from almost every chinese restaurant in a 10 mile radius, and keep coming back to this one. Their service is quick, online ordering is super easy, they're well priced given how large the portions are. I usually end up ordering an extra rice serving because you can feed 2 people with a regular $12 order. I've seen the one-star reviews on this place and some of them are kinda ridiculous. Someone said the food was great but because their fortune cookie didn't have a fortune, they rated this place 1 star? Get a grip. Look. I don't know what other people's expectations of a takeout place like this are, but mine are pretty low. The only, and I mean ONLY thing I care about when ordering takeout is that it's cheap and it hits the spot. I don't care about anything else and this place is THE perfect place for me.
ETA: just to add, this is the size of a single order of sweet and...
