This is my second time visiting so this review covers both. The portions are huge, yet something is missing. There's an inconsistency with umami. The meat jun had no flavor, but today's spicy pork is killer! The kimchi is good, yet the rest of the veggies don't have enough flavor. The bean sprouts need flavor and the shoyu potato is hard and dried out on the edges. The biggest thumbs down is I open up to find there's no sauce for the mandoo. Really? I have to ask?! For $18 I shouldn't have to ask. 🙏 The first time I went there they had the vegetable dishes visible, but now they're all covered. When I mentioned not being able to see the person behind the counter pointed to the hand written tags for me to make my selection from. My question is, "then why even have them out on display?" Thus the 2 star. I went back because the location for me is killer, but I need to find what works. Bummer part is that korean food is all about the veggies for me and it's not happening. 😥 I'll wait a few months and give it a shot maybe or I'll just go back for the pork.🤔

Large portions! Don't expect a grab and go style, everything is cooked fresh to order, which makes the meats fresh and juicy! I ordered the Aloha plate, 2 choices of meat, 4 banchan and rice. Had the meat jun and original fried chicken. Meat Jun was plenty (see picture) with mildly seasoned meat inside. The korean fried chicken was delicious! Crispy and tasty outside with a juicy inside. All the banchan(sides) were all mildly seasoned, authentic Korean style, just like my recent visit to Korea. The Kim chee was more "sour" style to me instead of the americanized hot and salty. I actually prefer the americanized style, to each their own. If you're hungry, this is the place to go to

This food takes me back to Hawaii (Yummy’s Bbq). The meat Juns delicious. The kalbi is delicious and all the banchan is delicious. The photos speak for themselves. I highly recommend their garlic salt chicken. I wasn’t expecting anything from it. I was skeptical, but because I heard only good things about it I had to try it. I’m glad I did! It’s my new favorite fried chicken. Super crispy while still tender and juicy on the inside.

The food is great and the owner operates the restaurant, which is reflected in the quality of the food. The portions are huge so you have to be ravenous to finish the regular portion meals. Our go to orders are the sweet & spicy chicken, and shrimp. The Mando is also good. We have become regular customers as we live next door at Siena C.C. The atmosphere is clean, but seating is sparse. Aloha is the evident in the staff...
