The first step for "Wagging Tails" is to fill out an adoption form. I did just that. Back in September, I filled out a form for 2 different dogs. I waited about a week and never recieved any response. I went back on the site, 1 of the 2 dogs were off the adoption page. On Thursday 10/10, I decided to see what dogs they had available. Wagging Tails still had the original dog I wanted and one other I thought would fit my lifestyle. I filled out an adoption application, AGAIN! To my surprise...no response, AGAIN! I went on the website this morning and both dogs were there. I thought I would send an email this evening. Went on this evening and now both dogs are gone. So a word to the wise DON'T fill out an application...it's a waste...
