One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I asked for a hard gel fill and it seemed they had an attitude. I spoke with the manager first because as I was with the nail tech, she decided to just jump in the conversation. Saying if I don't like HOW they do nails I need to find another salon... the crazy part about it was the nail tech never even looked at my hands... maybe it was a bad day for them. Not sure. But they arent very nice or friendly people. I dont understand the rudeness..I've never been treated this way at a salon.. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. I have been going to Top Spa for about 14 years, Lynn is absolutely the best!! I had been to many other Nail salons prior to Top Spa and my nails never stayed on. My nails don’t come off for three weeks now and have it for the last 14 years. . The spa is clean and they also have liners for the pedicure stations to ensure cleanliness . The Location is outstanding! I can’t say enough about the spa and Lynn....
