I waited in line for almost twenty minutes before someone took my order only to tell me they had no idea what chicken salad without bread was. I thought it sounded pretty obvious what chicken salad was but maybe it’s just me. The girl taking the order kept asking what dressing I wanted even after I expressed over and over again that there was no dressing. We get to the window and the girl hands out a bowl with barely enough chicken to feed a small dog or baby. The line was wrapped around so far we couldn’t get back in line so I went to take it inside to say it wasn’t right and. It what I ordered, and the door was locked. A girl came to the door and asked what my problem was, literally. I told her and she laughed, took it back in and came out and said they didn’t know how to ring up or serve “bulk chicken salad” and had to call a manager. She tells me the price difference will be $6 and takes my bank card and locks the door leaving me outside still. I check my bank account because something wasn’t sitting right and they charged me another $10 so when the girl comes back out and I express my frustration she tells me I need to calm down and the manager handled it. Just moments ago there was no manager there and supposedly a manager needed to be called. I told her to tell her manager how unprofessional she was for not handling the matter herself. She gave me THREE receipts and told me I’d need to wait for the food. I get back in my car and the manager comes out, extremely rude, gives my husband and I the food and said they were unaware of how to make the food THAT IS LITERALLY ON THEIR MENU and if I don’t get refunded in 3-5 business days to come back. Literally the most unprofessional thing ever. I won’t be returning. I hope a regional or district manager sees this so they know how unprofessional “Crystal” is and how’s she’s training her miserable staff. They literally don’t even know what they’re...
Read moreSo to start with, when we pulled up to the drive thru window, none of the workers were wearing a mask. We order two combos with sweet teas and paid extra to upgrade to the large combos. We also got two other combos with medium waters. When we received our drinks, we were given two large waters and two medium sweet teas. I waited until they finished giving us our order, which took a very long time, and I told the drive thru attendant of the problem. In doing so, the attendant said, "so you want us to change out all of the drinks?" This was said in the rudest attitude that could possibly be given. Not to mention the disgusted look on the attendants face. After this response, I was so disappointed and regretted my decision to spend my hard earned money at this establishment. I have never had a problem with Arby's in the past, but I will not be returning to any Arby's location anytime soon. I just feel as though the whole situation could have been handle in a better way and more professionally. If you work at a business that deals with customers face-to-face, you need to...
Read moreDon't bother with this restaurant. They are overwhelmingly incompetent. Of course there was a few people in front of me and several behind me. I ordered two combos and waited. 25 minutes later (as per their timer on the order screen) there was 1 order in front of us...they had been there for 30 minutes and one order behind us that was there for 15 minutes. Instead of making the ordered that had been there longest they started making the order for the person that had been there for 15 minutes. When I asked why they said that they had to get that order out first. I guess everyone else isn't important enough to get their food in the order or even close to the order it was ordered. I ended up finally getting my money back and left and was followed out by several people that were in line to order. Stay away from this place. There are several alternative restaurants nearby that are better. I just happened to pass this one first. Won't happen again. Oh..and the order they decided to work instead of everyone else's order consisted of...
