I experienced the death of a friend, and my manager asked me, and I quote! "Did you kill him!" I found his 22-year-old body and called the authorities! I gave his family closure when no one knew where he was exactly!!
Don't ever think you can get away with saying anything that horrible to a subordinate employee!
She was so lazy 😴 😪 😩 I saw her throwing food away in the wrong container.
I witnessed her spewing gossip for over 30 mins, and I had to bite my tongue!
She wouldn't even copy my social security card and said, "I'm done with you today!"
Not to mention, KJ was purposely talking to me with his back turned on my last day all day long. He has a terrible habit of turning off my timers before I can even get to them! I almost burnt bread because of it.
He made a piece of cheesy toast stealing from the company and I made some to pay for mine and he says he shouldn't have done that in front of me because it's no longer on the menu
I was trying to wait the 5 hour lockdown just to relieve my bladder.
So when I asked to use the bathroom and came back, I made the mistake of speaking to him.
I said, "I don't keep my phone on me during work hours." KJ says, "I didn't ask you about your phone, did I?" Then proceeds to ask me if I thought I was entitled for wondering if I get my 30 min break. So by this point I'm so upset and livid he tells me to clock out. Thank God for my other job!!

Or my family's order the order was wrong compleadly very Disappointed I called explain to the manager she told me to bring it back, I explained to her that I was already home And I was not going back out after the day that I've had, And did not know if I could make it back this week. Had my receipt. It was on the receipt I told her what I received and this manager told me to keep the food to whenever I get back and then they would restore. My order not my money. Or my food unless I brought this food back even though I told her it may be a week before I could get back. This was a lot of food and I'm supposed to keep the wrong order but I've never heard such. I felt that the manager was short and totally unprofessional. So I can only understand now why my order was wrong! It's a direct reflection of leadership! This store at least has lost 2 different large families of customers. This could have been handled in a total different way without an attitude and an Explanation.. I could simply took a picture of the food showing that it was wrong. The picture would have Shown the date. Read moreIf I could give Zero stars, I would. The management here is the rudest I have ever seen. We ordered 2 loaded fries, and they couldn't even get the order right. We were told by Shawnta or shonda. (Couldn't understand her to actually get her name) She told us to come back the next day and the order would be remade! We went the next day (today, 11/7 @ 1pm) and the manager on duty is refusing the remake of the food they messed up the day before. She covered her name and would not give her name when asked. She was very rude and loud. I am not sure how she is a manager conducting herself in that manner. Zaxbys needs to take a look at this location and its management.
Now, the fries didn't have anything we asked for on them. They were so hard they were inedible. How does an establishment mess up such a simple order, and then when you ask for it to be corrected, you are berated and told no.
I will no longer be going to this establishment and will not be recommending it to anyone.
To anyone reading the reviews, I highly recommend any other establishment in this area, and I would avoid this Zaxbys.
