Okay, I love Chick-Fil-A! But this one is ehhh to me.. So I just moved right down the street from this Chick-Fil-A. I'm from WV. Well the first time I had this one, my boyfriend brought me home breakfast from there. He surprised me! He got home and he bought me the 6 minis, the hashbrows, and large lemonade. Honestly? The lemonade I thought was horrible, so I only drank a few sips! The chicken minis didn't have much of the honey butter on it, especially compared to the one near Tanger in North Charleston (not sure exact location since I just moved here.) I couldn't do much about it, but it was still decent.
Next experience, he took me hear a few days later for lunch! I was super confused. The line wraps around the building like twice. I told him I didn't know if I wanted to wait or not. So we went inside to eat. They had a huge it looked like birthday party or welcome home party. It was packed! He went up and ordered the food (lunch) while I got a seat. He came back with our food, he got me the 12 count, large fry, large lemonade. Over half my fries were the "turtle shell" ones. So I didn't eat many fries (I have never ate the turtle shell ones, ever), and again my lemonade was horrible.
Third time, I didn't want to go to this one. We were on the way to the DMV, he said he thought this was the closest one so we had to. The messed up our order? He got me the minis again with extra honey butter and upgraded to large and got a mister pib I do believe (I don't drink pop so it's whatever they have) and he got his the chicken sandwich with same drink for him. It was all wrong this time. Overall we ended up getting my minis, with a small hashbrown (not large), and medium drink. Then his sandwich with a large drink and no hashbrowns.
I'm really upset I can't get a good meal at this one, I've only ever had two issue before and that's one time at home and the employees were super rude so I wouldn't go back. The other time is the one here by Tanger and they charged an extra $3 for extra chocolate in a milkshake and the milkshake was horrible any way so that never happened again.
Hopefully this one here can step it up some, or I will not be back. I'll drive...
Read moreI was here on 5/6/23 around 5:30pm. Once I got out my car I realized I locked the keys inside. So I called several people to see if they could go grab my extra set from my house. While waiting for someone to call me back I realized my phone was about to die. So I asked an employee if anyone had an iPhone charger I could borrow for 10 mins or so. The girl went to a female manager young maybe in her 20’s. The manager walked directly over to me. I explained the situation and she said she can’t do that but I could use the store phone. She told me I could memorize their numbers n use the store phone. For one they have 20 employees there n the iPhone is the most popular phone. She didn’t bother to ask anyone. Yes she was very polite in making me feel like I was going to steal someones charger. As I was about to tell her if no one can bring me my keys I need my phone to go through my insurance company to send a locksmith. Everything is thru apps these days so I can’t do that with their phone. So with how she said it & her downgrading looks I just let it go. Yea they claim losing one customer means nothing. I spend $50 a week at that location alone. Which is $200 month n $2400 a year. So yea one loyal customer does make a difference. I’ve learned you hit people where it hurts $$$ n you go where you will be treated like a person. If she would have asked a few people I would understand but I watched her walk straight to me. She didn’t ask a soul so that tells me she didn’t want to ask because she assumed I was going to steal it. I understand I’m a stranger but If someone is in need of help I assumed a place that claims to be a religious business would help a customer with something so simple without judgement. So I see it as a sign to cook at home n go to a Chick-fil-A that does better by...
Read moreI’m bummed to leave a 1 star review, but what the heck Chick Fil-A (Summerville, SC 29483)!? You guys showed some tremendously poor service for a prepaid mobile order that I never received after waiting 40mins. And I watched you all try to ignore me as you delivered to cars behind me over & over.
I ordered & paid online for mobile pickup for myself & child. When I arrived the mobile line was longer than the ordering line. But not being familiar with this order method or location, I sat patiently. Eventually someone came to my car. I gave my order name & explained & they said, “I’ll check for your order.” 15mins later I flagged down another person & was told the same thing. At this point I’ve been at the front of the line (pull-ahead area) for a long time & all other cars behind me were served. 9:55pm I’m watching as you guys peek out & chatter. As I’m stepping out of my car another person comes out & asks the SAME question as if no one has any idea why the same vehicle has been sitting for better than 30 minutes. I explained in an aggravated manner. As she apologizes & promises to go check on my order, I deem it better to leave than become angrier & rude. Plus, I’ve learned it not wise to place an order when a restaurant is cleaning & prepping for closing.
I see that I received a refund on my credit card today (#01570, $27.06), imagine that. How about reimbursing me for 40mins of gasoline, time, aggravation, & our Taco Bell meals that evening. ...
