7-Eleven — Restaurant in Summit

At around 3pm on 07/06/22 The counter person was rude and on a personal call during my checkout. I asked him a question and he completely disregarded it. I also asked him if the beef patties were fresh. When I got to the car and tried to eat them they tasted like they've been there for a awhile. As I was eating in the car the my lunch in the car, the beef patties. One of the workers I'm not sure if it's the same one, gave me a nasty look and got my attention through the window and told me I need to move, nastily. He said I'm in an employee parking space very rudely. I was eating the lunch I bought from you guys that was not fresh on my lunch break from work which is only 30 minutes. There was no sign saying there was a time limit, and there's no sign saying it's an employee parking space, And then he said if you're eating your lunch you can go eat it over there and pointed to the garbage. I went to 7/11 this morning april 5 2023 around 6:30 am at 6 river rd to buy a phone cable charger I plug it to my car and it didn't work so I asked the guy to get my money back and si said NO,he say "is to late you already used the cable " , I work at customer service I know my rights as long as I have the received and before 30 days if I don't like the product or the product don't work I can get my money back,of course because is 7/11 there are not a phone to call or manager to talk ,is ok buddy you can keep my money but be careful with this store and this guy...

Worst 7-Eleven i have ever been to. The bathroom door locked from the outside and after an employee helped me out he immediately started screaming at me and calling me very inappropriate names because i had failed to see the out of order sign as i was walking in. I apologized right away but he continued to scream and threatened to call the police on me even though i had stolen nothing or was acting out whatsoever. Absolutely terrible customer service and overreaction over a simple misunderstanding. I wish i could give this place 0 stars. 7-Eleven, hire more...
