Dunkin' — Restaurant in Summit

I love dunkin donut but what wrong with this location. It’s been 8th time they gave me a wrong order. The staff do not listen while placing order. I placed- med, hot,decaf,latte they gave wrong order. Every time , I order for my family and make sure each word in my order is communicated. They don’t hear it. Either it will be the wrong size or wrong coffee or cold version instead of hot latte. Today the person gave me a bagel that was toasted earlier & he retoasted it was so chewy I had to throw in trash when I was back at my desk. How frustrating every time!! Had a craving for my favorite Dunkin jelly donut but was deeply disappointed. The dough was stale and jelly had a thicker consistency than usual. But my biggest problem with it was that they used granular sugar to coat the outside instead of powdered sugar as done in all other Dunkin's I've been to.
