If I could give them zero stars, I would. The customer service is terrible! I ordered two strawberry teas and waited 20 minutes while the woman and man made two ice cream creations for the two girls in front of me and then proceeded to fill an order for the woman that came 10 minutes after me. When I told the man that I had to leave because my meter had expired and my children were now late for their appointments, he ignored me. I then told him I would need to get my money back so I could leave and didn't have time to wait until they started to make my teas. He continued to ignore me. I then raised my voice to let them know I had to leave and really needed my money back because I was now late for my meter and appts. The man finally said that my teas were almost ready as the woman just started to make my teas and wouldn't give me my money back. Unbelievable!!! The teas hadn't even been made and he was saying I needed to just wait and refused to give me my money back! Wow! I can honestly say I have never, ever dealt with such rudeness and blatant disrespect. When the man finally decided to return my money, he used one hand to give me 4 bills back very slowly, obviously to just be a complete jerk. It wasn't enough that he blatantly ignored me when I told him about my limited time and spoke nicely and explained that I was in a bind. He had to wait until I got loud to even agree to return my money and then had the nerve to act that way?! I think a place like this should not be in business. Instead of acknowledging their failure to meet reasonable service expectations, they offered a paltry $5 refund for a $30 order.
