Arby's — Restaurant in Sun City

Update August 2025: Never had the chicken tenders but had a coupon and figured why not? Coupons and deals are great to let us sample new things. Pretty good for the price which included some curly fries, and the curly fries were fine, but they could've fried the chicken to a more appetizing golden brown and warmer in temperature, and pieces should be of more equal sizes since one was more like an elongated nugget (see pics). Great job remodeling! What a surprisingly pleasant interior for a fast food restaurant! The industrial chic look with the metal, wood, tile, and muted red booths and chairs makes for an upbeat atmosphere. I got the Deluxe Burger Combo with curly fries which was a good deal because I had a coupon, but if I didn't, I wouldn't be as enthusiastic. The texture of the burger wasn't the kind I prefer as it was kind of tough because of overprocessing, but the overall burger experience was good, and I liked that they grilled the bun (although I've had better buns). Was glad they offer curly fries as an alternative to the regular fries, and without any upcharge, but they needed to be hotter and less limp. Their minimal packaging is a plus too. Their gyros still remain my favorite meal there and I usually order it to-go, but having experienced the pleasing atmosphere, I'm inclined to eat-in and maybe stay for a dessert shake as people at the next table seemed to be...

Tonight will be the last time I come to this Arby's. I went through the drive through. When I got home and opened the bag the fries were completely spilled out of the container, the roast beef sandwich looked like it had been slapped together by a child with very little meat on it, no condiments included, no napkin and the drink was so full of ice that I maybe had 10 swallows. It seems this place has not properly trained their staff. I realize prices have gone up but as a consumer I do expect to get what I pay for. I don't know if you are "shorting" your customers as a way to save money or not, but I will not spend my hard earned money at this establishment again.

To the team that responded to this review. You asked for more information. I went to that site to give more and found it very disturbing that you wanted all of my personal information in order "to make it right" and to address the issues with the management team. You certainly do not need all of my contact information in order to address the issues that I very clearly spelled out in the review. There is nothing you can do to make it right for me, as I stated, I will not go back to this establishment. Okay, if you're going to charge me $14 for a meal it should at least look kind of like the advertisements don't you think? See the video as I pull it out of the bag and then see the actual product versus the advertised product. There are some serious misrepresentation going on in your advertising my friends!

Also, I walked in at 6:45 pm when there was literally no one in the restaurant and nobody in the drive-thru. The employee at the drive-thru had another employee standing there talking to her and they both looked over at me, and they just kept talking for another minute. Then one of the employees walked over as if I had used bad language to call them over, essentially glaring at me for interrupting their important conversation. Except for I did not say a word, I just waited until they're super important conversation was over.

Moral of the story, do not order from this Arby's after the lunch crew is gone. The lunch crew is usually pretty good and the food looks pretty good as well. Based on what I just took out of this bag I don't think you can safely identify what you get from them in the...
