Ordered a cake one month before my sons birthday party gave all the details of how i wanted the cake even gave my number to so they can cal if they have questions the theme was ryans world and the cake size was a two tier cake ! The top piece was suppose to have the ryans world logo and the the bottom piece was suppose to have all the characters around the cake that i sent the lady twice with stars all over the came and pieces of little pizzas around the cake ! Went bak the weekend before i picked up my cake to verify how i wanted it and pay off the cake one of the young girls drew a drawing of how i wanted the cake and wrote on the drawing “with the characters i sent on The email” to have on the cake ! Wel picked it up on my way to the party and the cake had nothing on it other then the ryans world logo the bottom tier had a 4 Written on it with frosting that I never even asked for and the bottom tier was plain all around in so I told him that’s not how I wanted it and they tried to fix it within 10 minutes and the pictures were small not even fitting the actual cake size they didn’t put the pizzas on it they put film stars I just wasn’t what I wanted and to pay almost $100 for a cake didn’t even give me no discount or anything for it! And I was thinking to do a cake there for my one year-old in a couple months but never will I go...

I expected more professionalism than banter and immature behavior. Great work on everything, but you’re in for a ride when an issue comes up. Any business, doesn’t matter who or what it is. Need to exceed their expectations of customer service. Not let one situation define them, and continue to carry mediocre customer services. If keeping customers was important, I’d say it’s at the bottom of their list. They have enough customers to support them, but how many actually come back? Reasons like this will always keep the business small, the lack of attention and its customer service. There will never be an end to adapting to the clientele. It’s just not a priority...
