For drink itself, it’s not bad. I like the osmanthus honey oolong. I went to the store on January 22nd, soft opening. I can understand there will be long wait and many other problems during soft opening. However, I don’t understand why the customers need to manually enter Credit card number, expire date and zip code on the ipad! This is just RIDICULOUS! I really want to speak to the manager. The paying system is the most basic thing and have you ever in the US gone to retail stores to pay by credit card and enter everything yourself? This made the wait even longer and this is just so inefficient. Is online order and picking up that difficult to apply? Telling your the truth, online order and picking up can save everyone’s time. However, you stopped online order and said “can’t handle so many orders”. During this pandemic, nobody really wants to wait in a long line for just a drink. Online order will be the easiest thing. You can also put a barcode or instructions in front of the store to ask whoever passes by to order by phone and pick up later. Any way is better than wasting time in the line. I’m really curious, is the paying system good now? Do customers still need to manually input the card number? I like bubble tea and very happy to see another store opening. I really hope the manager whoever owns this store, to think about operating on customers’ side. Long line at the beginning doesn’t mean anything. I recommend not come until the store fox’s all the issues. ————— Thanks for owners’ response. Nowadays, online order or phone order can really help minimize people’s physical waiting time. Please restore online order and...
Read moreTips: Street parking is limited since the tea shop is located on the first floor of the apartment complex. There are a few spaces reserved for guests and future residents but it is always packed. Drive past the reserved area (through the garage and out) and park in the back of the complex. There are plenty of spaces there.
Menu: Tea selections consist of original tea, fresh milk, fruit tea, traditional tea, and cheese macchiato Only a few selections of toppings - Boba, aiyu, pudding, grass jelly, red bean, oatmeal and cheese foam.
Taste: We order a few drinks under the fresh fruit section. Passion fruit green tea came with generous amounts of fresh passion fruit seeds and Aiyu jelly. Honey Lemon Oolong tea is packed with the bold flavor of Oolong tea but it is still a bit too sweet even at 30% sugar.
Price: The beverage cost roughly $6 per drink for a medium size and some at $7 for a large. Each topping is $1.00 to $1.50.
Overall, the shop offers premium tea drinks with modern decor and Instagram-worthy photo opportunities. 🫢 However, I won't make a special trip out there unless I was hitting costco across the street and was in need of keeping up my boba tea lifestyle. The drinks are a bit over priced in my opinion especially when there are similar tea shops...
Read moreI went here over the weekend, and let's just say the experience was overhyped. So many of my friends said this place was very good, but when I got here, there was inappropriate music playing, and the customer service was honestly terrible. A tall teenage boy took my order and he was so rude and I had to repeat my order many times before he could get it right. I paid around $20 for 3 drinks which is on the higher end, but it is ok for prices these days. What didn't justify the price was the wait time, overall service, and taste. As I said before, the teenage boy taking my order was so rude, and then I had to wait 15-20 min for my drinks to come out when there were barely any people waiting in the store. After, when I tried my drink (honey osmanthus, the most popular drink according to the menu and the cashier) I almost spit it out. It was so sweet even though I got 0% sugar (recommended amount), and I specifically asked for aiyu jelly but I got a thin layer that didn't even cover the bottom. Honestly, this place isn't worth it especially for the price. Please take your business somewhere else, and please hire some better employees that...
