Subway — Restaurant in Sunnyvale

So this isn't the first time I've ordered from this Subway, but it was the first time I'd used the app. I've been waiting for over 20 years for Subway to bring back the barbecue chicken sandwich, so I was looking forward to it. Unfortunately, it was not to be. Not sure if it was me not knowing how to use the app, or the guys making the sandwich, but it was a chicken sandwich, just not a barbecue chicken sandwich. This is my first time using this Subway location. I was impressed with the cleanliness store, the employee's positive attitude and politeness. Dianna was amazing, quick, efficient, greeted me with a smile, and was on point with all customer service criteria. I couldn't be more satisfied with her help. Thank you Dianna. It was the only store having two employees at once. Maybe that's the key to a successful business hiring the right staff and enough of them not to burn them...

I do not drink soda so with my meal I Asked for a cup of water and I was told water machine is broken. Then the cashier pointed to the sink and said you can have some of that... unbelievable. What restaurant offers it's patrons sink water???? I know this is fast food but come on at least offer me a soda cup instead.

The toilet was also clogged and full to the brim with urine and poop.
