There was a beep going off in my room every 45 seconds for the first 24 hours I was there. The person who checked me in said there was nobody available to help, so she left a message for the morning staff to send help. Beeping all night long!|I called the front desk in the morning to discuss the issue, and the woman said she would send someone to investigate and had not received a note about it (I was on my way out, so the room was free to check). I asked for a discount since I had to sleep in a beeping room all night. She huffed and whined she would have to call her general manager (heaven forbid she do her job, which I did when I worked front desk in my 20s). But said she would. I never received any communication from her about anything.|Upon returning that evening, I discovered the room was still beeping and nobody had come to check. I spoke to the woman at the desk (same person who checked me in). I again asked for financial compensation for this horrible experience, and she kindly said she would call her manager. She also moved me to a different room (still nobody available to look at the issue, as clearly they save money but cutting staff). But when I went to check the room, I saw the red light in the bathroom was damaged, blinking (not in response to motion like the one in my other room), and someone had taped toilet paper to the ceiling I assume to try to block out the blinking while they tried to sleep. The bed is right there. So I returned to my original (still beeping) room. I did the job of hotel employees and discovered I needed to slam the dishwasher shut, reopen it, then turn it off. So I remained in that room.|I never received any compensation for this hassle. If nothing goes wrong, I'm sure it's OK. If anything goes wrong, good luck. Plenty of other places to stay...

Location is very convenient. Walking distance to many restaurants, convenience stores, and fast food. Underground parking garage felt safe; however, I was asked to sign a disclaimer that any damage or theft of my car was not the hotel’s responsibility. Seems sketchy.
Bright halls and overall clean facilities. Pool was closed during my visit. But, they had a media room with a pool table. Coin operated laundry room was convenient for us. Gym was 24 hours and provided sweat towels.
Breakfast was good; eggs, chorizo, waffles, yogurt, cereal, bread, etc. They had a nice seating area with a fire place and tv showing news. Convenience store in the lobby was way overpriced. Coffee and hot water was available all day in the lobby.
Only issue we had was that the conditioner, body wash, and shampoo bottles were completely drained when we checked in. So do they not check those before the room is ready for check-in? It didn’t help that one of us was already in the shower completely wet and had nothing to use. The other person called the front desk, and housekeeping only brought conditioner and shampoo after 20 minutes. No body wash was replaced. They had to enter the room and bathroom to change the bottles, which was very inconvenient for the person in the shower to get out, dress themselves, then get back in the shower after housekeeping left.
