I have been a regular customer of Suggioota for almost 3 years now. Hearty congratulations to Ranjini on the opening of Sunnyvale branch. We had a small get together at home yesterday for which Ranjini graciously agreed to cater. Ranjini put together an outstanding North Karnataka spread for Sankranthi. The menu was substantial and such a treat! It included delicious hattikai bajji and junka vadi, the crunchy goodness of mulangi pachadi, the softest of chapatis with ennegai which can only be described as heavenly, traditional pundi palya which was a crowd favorite, flavorful pulav with raitha, white rice and rasam which was reminiscent of obbattu saaru, and godi huggi loaded with nutty goodness. Despite so much variety, every item was special! Totally soul satisfying and enjoyed by everyone! The quantity was particularly generous and the food was delivered ahead of the promised time.

Wanted to try this because of the positive reviews but was terribly disappointed with their pickup service. You place an order on their website, and you do not know when it’s going to be ready. You show up at the location, and the checkin system does not take the order info they provided. You call them, and the phone goes to voicemail. Since this is a cloud kitchen, there is no way to reach anyone. I really want to support local restaurants but this experience is just not acceptable in today’s world. Thankfully, they looked at my voicemail after 25 mins and responded after I left the location, otherwise my order was gone. So it took 1 hr 15 mins for the food to be picked up after I placed the order - all for a pre made standard meal box. For all this trouble, the food was average - and curry was drenched in oil.
