McDonald's — Restaurant in Sunrise Manor

first time using the McDonald's app. I used the McDonald's on nellis/Las Vegas blvd. The app states that you can sit at a table, place your order and have it delivered. I walk with a cane, so I sat down and make my order, put in the table number and wait. A few minutes later they start calling my number & name. I asked the girl & showed her on the app where it says it should be delivered to the table. She told me she doesn't know the table #s & hands me my order. Told mngnt & they blew me off . Then I open up my sandwich to eat it, and found that it was not made correctly. I specifically stated that I did not want onions. So I again asked to speak with management. They sent out a different I explained to her the situation and that my sandwich was incorrect. She then got very condescending with me and told me it was my fault that I had ordered incorrectly. I said I placed the order on the app I know I put no onions and now you're being very condescending to me telling me this. He did apologize and she did offer to remake the sandwich but by then I was so upset and frustrated that I didn't want to eat and I asked for a refund. Yes what else I wanted because she had apologized and offered to remake it. I just said I wanted then she just became blatantly rude I told her that I was going to report the incident to corporate. She then said what are you going to tell them. I said I was going to tell them about my experience. She again became very snarky with me told me she did what she could, I just wanted a refund. I had a couple of sips of my beverage, I never touched the hamburger and drink, and tosses it into the garbage can in front of me. She took my card and finally did a refund. I will never ever go to this restaurant. You have these young people working making $15 an hour and having no respect for anyone. The whole point of this was to treat your customers with respect and provide service to them. I was made to feel like I was imposing on their time and the manager made me feel like I was idiot. McDonald’s at the location on Las Vegas Blvd. and (Nellis) are unprofessional. Morning manager is extremely unprofessional as he laughs in my face when I voice my frustrations about my experience. He refuses to give his name stating they’re not obliged to wear name tags or identify themselves at this location. If this was an employee he would’ve been talked to and dealt with in the correct manner but for a manager or supervisor to act this way is unacceptable. Been having this same issue for months even after complaints. Called to make a complaint over the phone about their watered down sweet tea and was told by the manager that it takes 24 hours to run out of that canister of sweet tea which was a blatant lie. When I asked for that manager‘s name he said he cannot give names over the phone. When I drove back up there to get his name he repeated the same thing and walked to the back of the restaurant laughing at me. Said just refer to him as the morning manager. I’m upset that me being frustrated at the customer service I received is amusing to this manager and this is unacceptable. He needs better training as someone who is...

So there are multiple things that are very wrong at this location. First I must recommend you do not come here and go elsewhere I will literally never come to this location again and will avoid it like the plague.

First, I've used the drive through multiple times and there's always someone either begging for food or challenging people who don't buy them food to a fight between the ordering microphone and payment window the staff refuse to do anything about it. I've brought it up multiple times and they always respond with "well yeah sorry can't help you there". Definitely not the correct response. Also when ever I get fries from here, it's just off. Like either the fries are SUPER salty and taste horrible or they are not cooked enough and luke warm at best and super soft.

Second, I ordered delivery and specificically ordered 4 additional sauces through the app for a total of 10 sauces for a 40 nugget order. I got my food and I had a total of 3 sauces... 3! How am are we supposed to eat 40 nuggets with 3 sauces ...? Insane!

Go up the street to other places, do not come to this incredibly poorly ran...
