I won't be going back. And by the looks of some of these reviews, neither will a lot of others.
Ordered via app at 10:31 (app won't let you place a lunch order until 10:31). I was ordering to take a chicken nuggets Happy Meal to my son during a school event at 11:00. Pulled in for curbside at 10:36, and let them know I was there.
According to the app, my food was coming out in 2 to 5 minutes.
At 10:50 (14 minutes after I let them know I was there), a girl came out and asked me what I had ordered, and while she had a tray with stuff, she didn't have my order, or anyone else's that was waiting. I don't blame her at all. She was honestly doing her best and was bringing out trays that were given to her by someone else.
That's when I should've cut my losses and left. But I stayed and waited. I wanted to get what I paid for.
At 11:00, she came back out with some of my order mixed with someone else's order. She gave me some of my items, and went back in for the Happy Meal.
At 11:20, after many others were served and had left, and others had left simply out of frustration, I looked at the app to see if there was an update. According to the app, my order had been delivered in full, but the chicken nuggets Happy Meal had been removed from my order and was no longer on the list of items recently ordered. I was pretty upset, and I realized it wasn't coming out at all. So I ordered another.
11:27, the girl came back out and asked what I ordered. I told her I was waiting for a chicken nuggets Happy Meal. She had a Happy Meal with her, but it was a burger Happy Meal. 5 minutes later, she came back out with a chicken nuggets Happy Meal, but no milk (which was on the receipt and the order). Again, not her fault, she was given the tray and didn't fill the order.
It was now 11:32, more than an hour after originally placing my order, and I was 32 minutes late to the event, which was going to end in another 13 minutes. It was also a 10 minute drive to the event. The girl asked if I wanted to go inside and dispute the extra Happy Meal, and I told her that I was going to miss my son's event completely and didn't have the time. I also let her know that it wasn't her fault, but that I wouldn't be returning. She apologized profusely.
However, this isn't the first experience like this that I've dealt with at this location, but it will be my last. I wasn't the only person getting frustrated, either. There were several others. I witnessed one person who ordered in the drive-through, stayed for about 40 minutes, went into the store twice during that time, and finally left empty-handed and frustrated. This type of problem is deeper than just one or...
Read moreLately over the past couple months I have been unhappy with this McDonald's location because they have only been filling the fries to about 3/4 full or putting pickles and onions on my burgers after I have asked them not to. But today was one of my worst experiences yet. After ordering my food I was given my drink cups and went over to fill them. The Dr Pepper was out so I went back to the counter to let them know. The lady at the counter said okay but didn't pass the word only walked away. 2 minutes later she looked at me again still waiting and went to the drive thru drink machine to get my drink. I don't like ice in my drink so I asked her for no ice. She acted like it was a major inconvenience for her. She then came back with a cup only about 3/4 full of soda. I asked her to fill it up some more; another inconvenience. She came back with the cup again and I decided to taste the soda to make sure it okay. Their Dr Pepper at the drive thru was also out, so I asked for the manager who didn't show up for about 4 minutes. When she finally came she said someone was replacing the Dr Pepper, a task that should have been done 10 minutes earlier. By the time I got my drink at least 15 minutes had passed so I now had cold food and nobody even asked if I'd like fresh fries so I got to eat my cold food. This McDonald's has clearly forgotten how to service their customers.
UPDATE: 11-24-2017 I had yet another bad experience during the night shift when I was forced to wait 20 minutes in line because I wouldn't park around the corner and wait for them to bring me my food. The girl in the drive-thru window actually put her back to me and started laughing at me with her co-workers. Then they proceeded to bring food out to about 7 cars that were in line behind me and have them pull around me. When I asked them what was going on they said that if I hadn't been disrespectful to them this wouldn't be happening to me. They even tried telling me my food was taking so long because the other people had smaller orders, but this was untrue because I only had 2 burgers and 2 fries and I witnessed them bringing out bigger bags. They asked me if I wanted a refund and I just said I wanted my food. After this 20 minute wait I received cold food which they clearly already had prepared and just held on to. I told them I would be talking to the manager and they said that if I knew the manager I would have just done what they asked of me in the...
Read moreI'm not a fan of fast food, but i do go sometimes, and you can always tell that someone is new and force their smile on you, but it's ok... today, 09/29/2023, i was in a good mood and went for breakfast. They are 2 different lines in the drive-through, and while waiting for my turn to order none only i saw 3 cars passing before me but i could hear someone talking, not to me for sure, forgot to turn off the microphone? But still in a good mood, i waited and ordered 1 sausage egg mcmuffin and a menu n5. I saw the guy in front of me, and it seems to have payment issues, i was about to pay cash, seeing that i thought it would be much easier to pay by card, because now i just want to go after waiting nicely. Saying nothing. Then the young guy at the window said no eggs... ?? And i asked if he was talking to me, he said yes, and i still nicely said no, i ordered a sausage and egg mcmuffin... so he closed the window , i waited again, and he wanted to give me a dollar something back??? I said no, i want my eggs, i never said without eggs... going to the next window, i asked the girl, i am going to get my eggs right? A lady (pretty sure the one who did not turn her microphone off, come and rudely said , didn't you get your dollars back.. i said no, i want my eggs, then screamed at the young guy, and threw the food at my face?? I was in a good mood and very patient... and didn't do anything wrong, certainly didn't deserved to get the food thrown at me, i could have being mad or complain, but no i just left, what's the point, this is unacceptable... i worked in real 5 stars restaurants, i would I've been fired if i did that. But yes, it's just McDonald... today was worse than any day i went before. And this is my FIRST longest review ever. Just don't go there. There are many other places to go. And i hope someone else will complain, that woman was extremely rude, and why screaming at the boy? Maybe a new manager. Trying her power? Super rude and no. No more mcdonald for me. That was...
