I am really surprised by my experience tonight. This is the closest location to my home and we really wanted wings. I understand that this is mainly a bar and I do not expect exceptional service. However, I do expect to be periodically checked on. After taking our order and dropping off the drinks, the waitress didn't even bother with us. Our appetizer and wings were delivered by a man from the kitchen. Our fries didn't come out at that time, but I thought that maybe they were coming out next. Our drinks ran empty and the fries never came. The waitress has completely disappeared. I caught a glimpse of her going to the back, then with her phone on the other side of the bar taking photos, then in her jacket heading outside. The place was left alone for over 20 minutes. Finally, the people at the bar caught the man from the kitchen. After he was able to get them a couple of drinks, I asked him about getting refills and the fries. He didn't know we had ordered any. By this time, I was frustrated and ready to go. He was going to start fries, but I let him know not to. The waitress still didnt acknowledge us. She was chit chatting with people around the bar. I had to stand at the bar and wait to ask for the check. The check reflected fries. I informed her they never came. She questioned me "You didnt get the fries?" Again, No, I did not. I even let her know that I had to speak to the guy who delivered the food. She starts staring at my table questioning the fries again. No matter how hard you look, you cannot see something that was never delivered. I mentioned to her that I could not find her to notify her of the issue earlier and her response was definitely not customer service oriented, "When my boss calls, he takes priority." No apology, no nothing. The bill was definitely not worth the food we received or the service. Management should definitely address the waitress about her job...
Read moreBrandon is the bartender who serves my husband and I when we come to this PT"s. He is the midnight bartender and he has the greatest customer service. He never sits in one spot, always moving. Whether it"s cleaning the bar, washing glasses, taking out garbage...and does all of that while still making sure everyone has a drink in front of them. I've never seen him make a customer wait. He comes in and does the side work that swing shift should be doing plus he makes sure his side work is completed before he leaves. My hubby and I really don't like staying out late but we do just to make sure Brandon is our bartender. We have come in on swing shift and the female that is there does not even have good people skills. She stands around, I've never seen her clean. She"s had me wait to order a drink for about 15 minutes. All while she was just standing at the register doing nothing. We have been going to this PT"s for about 13 years and it seems like the best bartenders were the midnight shifts. Vic the cook is also great. Friendly with fast and good food service. We will be the midnight guests as long as Brandon is...
Read moreOk, I love my PT bar, I usually come late at night after work and enjoy a beer with Bartender Brandon. I work in the industry, I’m an Assistant Beverage Manager at the Bellagio. I don’t expect much since it is a good bar to visit. However, when I came doing the normal night hours it’s a different story. There are two Bartenders, one man and one female, I don’t remember their names (I’ll update this review once I have it) but it seems like I was bothering them enjoying time with their friends when I requested food and drinks. They look mad when I ordered anything. I wanted to leave as soon as possible so they don’t have to serve me anymore and they can continue to tend to their friends. I’ll keep coming back but these Bartenders need to work on their customer service approach, if they rather tend to their regulars and look bothered tending to anyone else, you will lose the approachable vibe of the bar. I’ll give them another chance and visit again, I’ll update this review if it’s more...
