On June 2025 I purchased breakfast online with McDonald’s app on the app it showed I paid with credit card and got my order number went to McDonald’s to pick up my order and they said I did not pay. I spoke to the manager Milly and was told also I did not pay. I show her on the that I paid with Apple Pay even pulled up my records from my bank statement and it so the money was taken out of my bank account The manager went to the back and sent out another employee, and I was told that the money will be credited back to my account. That was a lie because the money was taken out for my account .after being there for 45 minutes and spoke to several employees and another employee finally came out and told me it still shows I did not pay, but finally another employee gave me my breakfast. I told her as an honest person if my bank was credited back the amount I would come in and pay for it. My account was never credited, and the money was taken out.I called corporate filed a complaint, and I will continue to do so . I feel like there is fraud going on and in my opinion how many customers did they do that to.The manager is very nasty very very bad customer service and I feel she needs to be disciplined or not work there anymore I felt I was humiliated called a liar and very embarrassed. Read moreI hate that this McDonalds is across the street from my house, I keep giving them chances but no more. The staff is poorly trained and don't handle your food properly. I ordered 2 brownie Sundays for my wife and I, after waiting for almost 15 minutes at the window they finally brought me the Sundays and before she gives them to me she drops the brownies on the floor, then I see her put them in my cup holder(tray). Then she says "here you go your brownies are in the tray I couldn't get them to stay on top" touching them with her dirty greasy hands. At this point I'm done with this location. I'd rather drive to a different location. It's sickening how they handle food here. Consumers beware. Staff and management suck. I have ordered through the mobile app, I have ordered in in person and they always get my order basic simple order incorrect. Then, when I go back to get it corrected, they have a terrible negative attitude. The response I got quote"you should have checked the bag before you left". That was from the manager herself!
