I still can;'t believe how BAD my experience was, but, after reading some other bad reviews, it makes sense. I came in on a Friday night when it was SLOW - NOT BUSY.
I wanted to clean my windshield and ALL of the water reservoirs by EVERY PUMP were DRY with NO WATER.
I walked in to find 1-customer and 2-cashiers (not to mention other workers) and asked for the manager. There was no manager.
I made my request for them to fill the water and one cashier ignored me and the other one who was not helping a customer shrugged his shoulders like he didn't care instead of apologizing for the oversight and inconvenience and offering to get some water NOW since he was doing nothing.
I walked out in amazement and disgust muttering how lazy and unbelievable it was. As I walked out, he indicated at that point, he was going to get some water. I waited patiently outside for about 5-minutes watching him NOT helping another customer and NOT getting water. While outside at the pumps waiting, 2-other customers also wanted water and I told one of them they said they were going to fill it.
After another 5-minutes, I walked inside again and spoke to the other cashier who had ignored me. She said she'd get "someone else" to fill the water. I guess she had to watch the register even though there were no customers on line. Both myself and 1 of the 2 other customers also went inside and asked for water and they said they were getting it, but, never did and finally, all 3 of us gave up and left.
PEOPLE THAT DON'T CARE. NO MANAGER ON DUTY TAKING RESPONSIBILITY. After reading another review where the manager was also rude and didn't care in that person's situation, it appears it is not worth my time to go back and speak to a manager whoever that person is that wasn't there.
I'm done. Will never go to WAWA again. At some point, the revenue from this "dump" as another customer review referred to this location, will drive enough customers away and catch up with them and hopefully, the district manager will clean house of these rude, nasty and obviously lazy employees from the top down. Just horrible.

Read moreI'm at the store rite now. Ordered a quesadilla (chicken and cheese) special order Spoke to employee (Ish) this is the name the M.O.D. gave me. Asked for garlic aioli, extra toasted and cut in 4s. They Asked me again when i was getting my drink (mind you there is nobody in the store but me and the employees). After he finished they called my order. I took it walked to my car and opened it. Wasn't tested extra and not cut in 4s. Went back in and spoke to employee Ish, and asked him if he can toast it and he told me "No, he can't take it back after I took it". I just stepped outside the door to my car. He refused to fix the order. Asked him that I wanted to speak to a manager, he told me"go to the register and ask them". Mind you he's on his personal cellphone with no one in the store at all and he couldn't go and get a manager. I went and got the manager and let her know what happened and if they can't toast it then I don't want it and want my money back. She kindly went and toasted my order , cut it in 4s and gave me garlic aioli on the side. Thank you to the M.O.D. This employee, Ish stayed texting on his personal phone the whole time I was the. Rite by the toaster and the drinks. Didn't care about nothing. Don't know why he was acting like that. I would hope that they have a talk with him cause this is not very professional. You can't even ask him questions because he acts like he doesn't even know how their own system works and he ONLY explained why something went wrong AFTER seeing us mess up and we ask what's happening. Me and my friends were confused about something regarding the self checkout and coupons and he just seemed more confused than us despite working there 😭He really didn't want to deal with customer service despite working in customer service..? Instead of helping us understand anything he just raised more questions and didn't really acknowledge us. Was more concerned about talking to another employee than properly attending us.
