If i could give negative stars I would. Service and food was good at lunch, however cashier made a mistake and charge twice for the ticket. This is when it went wrong: returned at dinner time asked to see the manager who was found in the back, explained what happened, response was I dont know why our general manager did not catch it...this perplexed her, she sought help via phone to someone...came back from the back with a phone in her ear, opened the cash drawer and handed me $3.00. this was the wrong amount but she was so busy having a conversation on the phone that she did not stop to look, acknowledge me or the entire snarky staff surrounding her. I explained actually the amount was $3.08, she had to open the drawer again (still on phone) landed the coin on the counter and walked away with nothing.
I had to say "thanks for your help" she could have cared less!
A manager on duty must be attentive to their customers. a simple "i'm sorry let me correct this" would have been plenty...it is the consumers experience that will decide whether or not to continue to come back.
there was a young man in the back using the F-bomb (i heard it), a few snarky young staff members advising me with the most attitude possible to have a great day, while the MOD walked back into the back area and completely ignored the situation and the nasty attitude of a few staff members.

Read moreI just left there, Wasn't sure if I wanted to eat Burger King or not. There was only 2 cars there at the time. I ordered a Whopper with cheese and jalapeno bites. The Whopper was cold, an so much mayonnaise on it. It was nasty couldn't eat it.. It was like they gave me some leftover lunch food.. They charged me for cheese and never gave it to me. The jalapeno bites were overcooked and there was nothing left in the middle of them. I tried to call, but it went to some random number, that wasn't affiliated with Burger King. I wasn't going to drive back there. Because of this.. So I gave them a one star... Never...
