I’m giving three stars because I’ve only been here once and it could have just been an off night. I also know that a lot of restaurants are still having staffing issues. An hour after we ordered, the two who ordered a pasta dish got their food. They were going to wait until the rest of us got our pizzas, but we told them they should eat before theirs gets cold. They said the pasta was delicious. They were completely done eating and we were still waiting on our pizzas. We asked why the pasta came out so long before the pizzas. We were told that the pizza side of the kitchen was backed up, I’m assuming because they also do take out and delivery. I think a different strategy needs to take place for customers ordering pizza that are dining in because people dining in together would like to eat together, regardless if some order pasta and some order pizza. My daughter liked her cheese pizza fine. My significant other and I got the White Pie. That is our favorite kind of pizza and we’ve had plenty, but this one had so much ricotta and mozzarella on it that it was sliding off at an alarming rate while trying to eat it. It was mushy and had no real flavor (probably because the garlic and seasonings were masked by way too much cheese) but I covered it in red pepper flakes and managed a piece and a half because at that point I was really hungry. I thought my boyfriend liked it, so I didn’t mention it. After he ate two pieces (which I’ve easily seen him eat four pieces of pizza without hesitation) he said “I can’t eat this anymore.” I asked him why he told the waitress it was good when she asked, he said “well it’s not her fault. And what’s the point of complaining anyway. It’s not like we are going to wait another hour and a half for them to make a new one.” I couldn’t argue with that point. One of the people with us who ordered pasta said they would take the rest of the pizza we didn’t eat home. If it wasn’t for that, we would have left it. If all of our food would have come out at one time and it was all delicious, I would be writing a five-star review. The fact that we all couldn’t eat together and that after waiting all that time, our white pie was inedible is why I’m writing this review. Since the two that ordered pasta raved about how good it was, I may go back and order the pasta…as long as everyone who comes with me orders a pasta dish so we can all actually...
Read moreTonight will be the last time we will spend our money or visit Joey Os. We took our weekend guests for dinner. Our party ordered two calzones, stuffed shells, and a ten count buffalo wings. The calzones arrived for two in our party, fifteen minutes later, after going to ask where our food was the waitress brought it to the table. The shells were lacking sauce, leaving them dry. The ten count wings were noticeably small and turns out to be only eight in the basket. I told the waitress and she went to the kitchen to inquire. When she returned she stated she was embarrassed to tell us that the owner told her that they are now only eight wings to the order because these were jumbo wings. She told us the owner would not come out to talk to us. As a long term resident of Western New York where buffalo wings originated these tiny wings were a huge disappointment. I went to the kitchen and talked to the owner regarding the issue. He told me to get out. While we finished our meal three different members from the wait staff made corresponding statements about the the way the restaurant was managed and staffed. We were also told that the original location was closing from the lack of business. There are so many great dining options in the area. If this is the way he wishes to serve the public, maybe he's in the wrong business. He won't be getting any more of ours. We had reserved a party of fourteen for next Friday to celebrate the life of a lost friend of the group. We cancelled that reservation before we left. This place lacks the realization that being able to cook is only a small part of running a restaurant (which I have done). Not being able to do so leaves both the patrons and the staff on the short end of the stick. For us Wing and Fish is a much better bet, at least they can count to...

NO PROBLEM , That's 24.00 We Paid, were told 15 mins and Be Ready, So I'm am assuming at this point we're gonna have a fresh pizza to our specifications that were there available options... Welp.... We thought great I'm hungry, But unfortunately The Pizza Was Hard Crusted, the Cheese easy fell off off the Pizza Dough , It was burnt, no no it was a previously made pizza and they added our toppings and then recooked it, they explain to us that it was fresh and that they were doing nothing about it that the dough bubbles may have a little brown on them and they're fixed to this was to I will give you three free old slices from lunch time throw some mushrooms and some extra cheese on it and that's going to fix it. So they gave me their leftover lunch whole pizza that was used for slices..... remade it with a little bit of mushrooms cooking for another 15 minutes . Rock hard crust dried red sauce all around it was like an extra crispy crunchy dry tortilla with old pizza sauce some cheese some other cheese and some mushrooms. They would do absolutely nothing , Very Rude & said well I guess what we can do is we can go ahead and just replace those areas that I see and we'll go ahead and give 3 slices , when I tell you it was pitiful when I opened that other little box the pizza was from lunch time slice special. I want my money back, very rude disrespectful and I understand people don't want to waste food but I tried to eat it couldn't the bottom was so hard and crunchy I upload...
