Subway — Restaurant in Sunset Beach

I had ordered the chicken bacon ranch flatbread footlong. I thought the flatbread was suppose to have chicken strips instead I got ground chicken and the sandwich says comes with Monterrey jack which I would of been fine with since my husband didn’t tell her what kind of cheese and she didn’t ask do you want cheese or not and what kind. I was in a hurry when I picked my order up because I had a physical appointment she said did you want cheese after she had already made it I said yea doesn’t it come with cheese already she said I can remake it I said I had no time because of my appointment. Also the flatbread sandwich was real messy especially me having to eat mine on the go and I was dripping my husbands off to him at the fire department. So I doubt I will go back to that location. Also learned later on when I was trying to order online it acted like there was a problem and thought didn’t take my card then learned they charged my card but didn’t fix those subs on the app if they took out my money then charged me again when I left the man said I hadn’t paid which come to be more than what was...

My husband tried to pick our online order up 15 minutes early, and the manager refused to give him the order, even though my husband had the receipt on his phone and showed it to the manager. He said he would have to wait. We live nearby and do business with him on a regular basis. The manager preferred to get in a screaming match with my husband, and then with myself on the phone, than to try and keep our business. The manager went so far as to accuse us of creating a fake receipt in order to get a free sandwich and rip him off. Really? We’re going to all that trouble for a 6-inch sub? The person I usually deal with there was very accommodating. The new girl working with him. Not at all. She was very abrupt and rude. A customer came in behind me at 8 pm and was told they were closed.the sign said open after a few snide remarks from her she rudly asked him what he wanted. He told her a foot long sub. She grabbed a 6 inch and tried to tell him he said 6 inch. Not true other customers heard the gentleman . Other customers started to cancel and walk out. Not good for business in my opinion.
