Bartender Kaylin2 (according to the receipt) had very poor attitude from the time me and my friend came in. Was not very welcoming when we got to the bar either. I asked if she could still make food since it was 1am. She said yes. So I ordered two batches of mozzarella sticks. The first batch came out hard with no cheese. Her reply was that the oven wasnt working and she burnt herself on it. She didn't say sorry and she didn't ask if we still wanted the second batch since the oven wasn't working. Second batch came out great! I asked her if I could get my money back for the first batch she said the transaction already went through. I said ok well can you make me another batch then since I couldn't eat the first. She said I'd have to pay for it and only reason it didn't burn was because she took it out early. I asked her why id have to pay if I couldn't eat first and if I could talk to a manager then because she was being rude. Her reply even ruder was that she was the manager and I had to leave. I left with my receipt. She chased me out telling me it was illegal since it was the signed copy and she was calling the cops. I told her I wanted my copy then and that I didn't care if she called the cops.which she didn't. She kept repeating herself so my friend ended up calling instead so we had another witness. I wasn't going to write a review but I have yet to hear from management and from other people that go or have went there have had the same poor service with her. Sad that such a big name bar don't care about...

DOJs ADA laws about this type of registry being required I would love to even know the local laws. when I asked about that they pointed to a sign of the wall saying they have the right to refuse service to anyone and that because of that they don't need to allow any service dog in. nice to know they have a magical right to discriminate against those disabled who require the use of a...
Read moreFor the north end this place is pretty classy. Of the neighboring bars this one seems the most updated and respectable. Next door is a dance club slash event hall. You could fall asleep in the chairs here, but this ain't that kind of joint. They have a bunch of stuff to keep ya moving if your that type. Pool, darts, video golf, pin ball, and karaoke. I know what you're thinking, but it's not so bad when T belts one out. She's the award winning, backbone of the place. Tell...
