This was my first visit, and while I was excited to try somewhere new, the experience felt off from the start. When I walked in, an employee told me I couldn’t bring my cup inside, then quickly followed it up with “just kidding,” before rudely asking me to "eat outside". The tone of the exchange was unclear and a bit awkward, and I also noticed other customers being greeted more warmly, which made the inconsistency stand out. For context, I understand that most places don’t allow outside food or drink, and I had it covered with a lid. Clearly wasn’t planning to stay or dine in, just making a quick stop on my way home. A simple, friendly question about whether I planned to sit or a polite reminder would’ve been enough. The issue wasn’t the policy itself, which I respect, but the delivery.
As for the drinks, the tea lacked flavor, and the boba pearls were hit or miss. Some were chewy, while others were either too soft or overly firm. The pricing and portions were fair, but the product didn’t quite meet expectations. In hindsight, I almost left after the awkward welcome, but I decided to give it a fair chance. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t give me a strong reason to return. That said, the concept has potential, and I hope future visits are more welcoming...
Read more4th time i been here in a week i love the boba its on point and the brown sugar milk tea is my fave. I would have gave it 5 stars but my last visit the lid on my drink wasnt sealed correctly and when i shook it the lid it popped open and the drink spilled out and if you drink it you should know brown sugar boba milk teas you got to shake it vigorously to get the brown sugar syrup on the cup to mix. I told the employee there about it all he had to say is im sorry so thats the reason for the 3 stars also because recently i visited krak and ordered over $35 worth of drinks which is my usual but i never got my points for the order and the employee told me they cant do anything about it so for a person like me who goes frequently that is bad...
Read moreBeen to a few grand openings of other boba shops before and I'd have to say this one is the most organized. They really thought through how to control the foot traffic and keep track of the first 200 by handing out cards to those that arrived in line to make it easier once you make it to the register to order. The drinks are one of the most unique compared to other boba's. After a while, it seems like most boba places offer the same flavors without much thought so this one was refreshing! Will definitely come back if they rotate some...
