Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Colorado

Came here a while ago, and they messed up our order—so they gave us a promo code to make it right. Today, I called ahead to use it, and the general manager personally assured me over the phone that she would honor it. But when I arrived, the cashier said she had changed her mind and would only take off 35%, refusing to honor the full credit.

Not only was this blatant dishonesty, but the general manager was also shockingly rude about it. Instead of taking responsibility, she doubled down with attitude, making it clear that customer service is not a priority here. Terrible service and would not recommend. Waited over an hour for our order and there were no updates on the “online tracker”, so we called to check on the status. The woman that answered the phone interrupted me when I was just simply asking for the status and was extremely rude, and said she was the only one working and it would be over two hour wait time. She then was talking to other people in the background, indicating she was not the only one there. She said the order just came out of the oven and was on the way, and hung up on me. I ordered a pizza from Papa Johns, I left instructions in the notes, they didn’t use them, the driver got completely lost. When I called to figure out what was happening, they insisted I come to the wrong gate that I told him not to go to, it was a two block in the snow. When I showed up to the gate, the driver had left even though I had talked to him and told him I would be there in two minutes.
