We got take out twice during our Family week in Myrtle Beach. We were a group of 10 so we spent a fair amount of money. The pricing was fair and the food was always fresh and tasty. But the first order included a gluten free roll and the packaging was not clearly marked Gluten Free. There was an unexplained "0" so we assumed it was the GF roll. Fortunately the customer had no reaction. The second order had a "no meat" salad. It was suppose to be a Firehouse salad with meat. My receipt clearly indicated the correct salad. Due to a recent ad campaign, decided to try a new sub. They advertise $6.99 Pepp Pizza meatball sandwich, if ordered via app. I don't load apps to my phone for security reasons. Figured it was a coupon priced deal, but when ordering in the store the price is not $6.99 or $7.99 but $10.29 !!! An almost 50% increase over your advertised price. Had delivered through Firehouse website and Uber Eats. Website changed sandwich only to combo meals. When calling, the associates were snarky and wouldnt even inform each other why someone was calling when handing the phone off to someone else - they also could not resolve the issue without canceling the whole order and double charging until whenever the previous order returned. Forgot all the pickles with the sandwiches-even ordered extras. Sandwiches were sloppily put together.
