“I recently dined at Café Zupas, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish! This place truly shines when it comes to their soups and salads—everything is fresh, flavorful, and made with care. I started with their Tomato Basil soup blended with Wisconsin Cauliflower, and it was a revelation—creamy, rich, and perfectly balanced with a hint of herbaceous brightness. It’s clear they use high-quality ingredients, and the fact that it’s prepared in-house makes all the difference. Paired with a crusty piece of their signature bread, it was comfort in a bowl. For my main, I went with the Nuts About Berries salad, and it was hands-down one of the best salads I’ve ever had. The mix of fresh greens, juicy strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries, topped with crunchy cinnamon almonds and a light poppyseed dressing, was a burst of flavor in every bite. The portion was generous, and the ingredients tasted like they were just picked. I love how Café Zupas lets you customize your meal too—whether it’s building your own salad or picking a combo, you’re in control. We ate at the surprise location yesterday and loved the food, we agreed that we would eat there at least 3 days per week. We went back there to eat tonight and arrived around 8:35, we were asked if we wanted to eat there or get it to go, we decided to eat there and take an order to go for my son. There was a black girl there that kept looking at us and hanging out near our table., she told one of the other girls that "White people eat so slow". Right at 9:pm the black girl came over and told us that we had to leave because she needed to count the money. We said we were not done eating and asked if we really had to leave and she said yes. This was so unprofessional. We should not have been asked if we wanted to eat there if there was not enough time and we needed to be out by 9pm. We had to pack all of our food in to go containers. We went out to the car and watched all of the girls continue to clean until 9:15, no one went to count money and the black girl was still cleaning when we drove away. We decided that this is not the place for us and we will no longer insist that our friends and family go and...

Very disappointed owners should read this, it felt racial and disrespected by an African American lady. We arrived at 8:45pm on June 30th, 2025. Received our food at 8:51pm We arrived ordered eat in. The African American lady told us to leave in the middle of eating. Her words were well I'm going to be counting money and closing you need to leave now. Wow. Rude. Why did they allow us to order and eat in. She was also hovering over us while we were eating. Made us feel uncomfortable. I regret coming here.
