If I can give this place, zero stars, I surely would. I don’t recommend this place to anyone if you’re very big about customer service just as I am Anna is a very disrespectful employee by the way she is a rookie which makes a lot of sense to why she is the way she is, she does not know how to communicate when a customer has a preference to how they want their drink to be made she just gets upset and hangs up the phone and states that you’re being very disrespectful when I politely told her that this was my drink and I am the one that’s going to be drinking it and not you I don’t know how that was being disrespectful. I was just making it clear, that if I tell you, this is how I want my drink to be made it should not be a problem. Anna or her manager should not tell me how I should drink my drink I’ve never been to a place where the force you to drink your drink the way it is and not properly make it the way it supposed to be made. What if I was allergic to some thing in the drink are you gonna force me to drink it? Just a simple thing of telling this woman. I do not want my peanut butter blended and I just want it added to the bottom. I’ve got this before with a different Nekter juice bar so I didn’t understand why it was a problem at this store plus Patrice the manager stated that there was another option to how I want my drink to be made but Anna didn’t give that option but hung up the phone on me cause I hope she personally walks in the store and trained this rookie on how to communicate with her customers I will not be returning until that Rookie Anna fixes her attitude and stop taking things personally, I clearly see why the store has been open for a good six months and still hasn’t had that much customers and when you walk in it’s empty I don’t blame people if you want some good smoothies go to Jamba juice seriously they have better customer service I’ll spend all my money in there, except the specific store owned by Patrice the manager plus by the way, this manager is so unprofessional she literally stays behind the phone to communicate with you she doesn’t even bother pulling up to the juice bar to apologize or even show her face. I think the bowls could use more toppings, I don't mean more variety, just more volume. The ratio of blended acai and whatnot to the actual slices of fruit and toppings is very underwhelming in my opinion.
Nonetheless, they are still delicious!
Service has always been fine. Nothing over the top, extra mile kinda customer service, but I've never had an ill experience with a foul mood or rudeness. Everyone I have encountered has been kinda "meh". Like they're just getting their job done. Fine with me!
