Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Surprise

Stopped at this location to order a Grande dirty chai with oatmilk and a breakfast sandwich with my 4 month old in my arms as it was supposed to be a quick run. I stood by the registers to place my order but even though there were 5 other employees right in front of me it still took about 5 minutes before someone decided to greet me and take my order. After placing my order I stood for about 20 minutes holding my 4-month-old waiting on my order and saw that a customer that placed an order after I did received their order first. I and the customer who had just gotten her drink before me, tried talking to an employee about waiting longer than she had and that employee had an attitude and dare I say a resting BF and completely disregarded our concern. I tried talking to another employee and she completely ignored me. Here we were trying to get the attention of the third employee who just asked "What did you get" and walked halfway through the back before hearing what I had to say and therefore was rushed to say something that wasn't even exactly what I had ordered, therefore paying an extra $3 for something that wasn't even in my drink. I was completely baffled at how poor customer service and lack of awareness this location has for people willing to go into the establishment and try to have an interaction with another human being. I've worked in customer service for 5 years and no matter how hectic the day got, I made sure to listen and acknowledge everyone coming in. This is the last...

I understand staying safe but their pandemic plan is pretty horrible.

Line of cars spilling out of the parking lot.. Line of ppl standing outside... 1 customer in the store at a time, while 10 workers running around inside. The 1 guy handing out orders is reading through tiny receipts (very unorganized)

My turn consisted of an order I placed through the app. 2 drinks & 2 wraps. When I arrive, the guy handing out orders couldn't hear my name clearly through my mask, so he spent about 10 mins looking for someone else's order. First he was looking for Justin's order... I love Starbucks they always have the drinks ready and they are really fast and I just love Starbucks that us really the only coffee I will drink I will have circle k coffee but I haven't had coffee in a couple of days but hey that happens but I need coffee but I just wanted to recommend this place to everyone because they are fast and there staff is super nice and fast so if you are on the run and you want coffee and you want it fast then this is the place to go like if I was on the run for prom like I am going to be tomorrow I would go there for coffee because they have fast service and you know if any of you went to prom or have kids that are going you would understand you are going to need coffee and you are going to want it fast I recommend going through the drive though because if you go inside there will probably be a line and you don't want to wait in line because lines could take forever and you need coffee right then and there and also the drive through is quicker so once you get your coffee you can just keep going..... Ps I love Starbucks I just love coffee in general but Starbucks is #1 for me...
