Starbucks — Restaurant in Surprise

i decided to treat my team to some starbucks, the nearest one was the one inside safeway. i walked in and warned the poor girl i was ordering 6 drinks(it was only 1 person so i felt super bad) i asked for a chai latte with oat milk and sugar cookie cold foam, i’m very lactose. i get the drink and it has no cold foam, no biggie i know she was probably stressed. i thanked her and even tipped on top of the $35 i spent. i get back to work and my stomach starts to hurt so bad, i believe she didn’t even sub the regular milk to oat milk. i’m so disappointed since this is my favorite starbucks, especially since it’s a walking distance to my job. i’d wish for the management to schedule more people during shifts, i know it’s usually never busy in there but most likely that girl would have really appreciated another person there to help her. i know the error wasn’t on purpose, just happened because she was...

If Daphne or Victoria are working you can guarantee you order will be wrong, the treatment will be poor and the only “Starbucks Experience” you receive is paying too much for coffee!!! I am beyond outraged that when asked for a manager they state names of people no longer employed and accused me of making a complaint I never made, I explained I must’ve been confused with someone else as I’ve come to adore this location and the baristas so today’s behavior is unacceptable... I would give this place no starts if I could. I have been here a few times. Recently there is some girl there, that isn't friendly! Doesn't assist you with your drink order, if you don't know the menu. It's sad that she is ruining the light for other employees there.

We went in this morning for some coffee. I ordered what I usually get, Iced Mocha, but wanted to add Caramel drizzle. After I paid, i stood there waiting for a receipt. Never got one. When the drinks were ready, was never called, cause they never took my name. Another customer had to tell me they were ready. Awful service here! Stay away. The Inced Mocha did not taste right.
