I’m always a bit apprehensive to leave a less than stellar experience especially on a local business, but the point of my reviews are to give the good, bad, and of course an honest experience. I always try and start by saying I will give a second and sometimes a third stop to make sure things are the same or it was an off night. Here we go. Let’s start with the good aspects first. The place is nice. Having frequented often to the location before (if you read the reviews it was Vietnamese) everything is pretty much the same. Same decor down to the wall art. They did however move the entry door. It’s clean and quiet enough to hold good conversation. They have a decent lunch menu including some sushi etc. On to the less than stellar, but not overly bad. Service was subpar at best. While our waitress was kind she wasn’t very attentive most of our meal either., drinks were refilled and didn’t see her besides when our food was brought and I asked her for some hot sauce/chili sauce etc. there were three of us and we opted for chicken fried rice, chicken pho (only option allowed for lunch) but they do have pork etc for regular portions as well as beef and broccoli. My older son is a bit picky so worried to try a bit more of an actual Thai option this go round. We also tried crab rangoons and wonton soup which came as an option with our lunch specials. Our food came out fairly quick. Unfortunately for my son and I we weren’t left impressed at all. My pho came out looking really bland by site. Imagine just boiled chicken. Boring. There were no toppings. I took a few bites and yeah bland, no flavor. Again, boring. I was able to get the waitressss attention and ask for some hot sauce or something to add. She brought multiple. To me I’d think they’d do that without asking. It made it better, but I won’t order it again. My son’s beef and broccoli looked unappetizing all together. There seemed to be a theme with presentation here. The broccoli was turning that yellow color. Like it was about to go bad. Sauce was watery and steak looked dry and over cooked. Meat was chewy and not great quality. He ate mostly rice and a few bites before losing his appetite. The appetizer was good with the sauce. My husband’s fried rice he asked for this hot was good. He really enjoyed it and it was HOT. Just how he likes it. Most places just dump domes of chili’s and he leaves underwhelmed. Price was pretty good for three people and an appetizer. I agree with a lot of the other reviewers that this place seems to be hit or miss.. Food lacking flavor. I’ll try again in a few months or so and update my review then.

The place was nice and clean. Not busy at all on a Saturday at about 1pm. Was seated quickly, service was quick and friendly. They need to do something about the water for the soda fountain, spend some money and get a RO filter on it or something. I ordered the Thai Pepper Steak, it looks a lot better than it tastes. The meat was not prepped right, was not tender, the flavor was just missing by a lot. Looks great in the picture though. Also did the salmon nigiri and a couple rolls. The nigiri was ok, wasnt blown away. The rolls however were leftover from some other time and put in the fridge. I could've went to frys grocery store and picked up better rolls, they were horrible because they were old and just put back out there to be served again at full price. Its the equivalent of the day old donuts of sushi.

Very disappointed today. This is my goto spot for Thai food to dine in but this is the second time I’ve ordered Togo and asked for pad see ew with extra beef and extra noodle. They charge me $10 extra. A grand total of $25, just to get the same amount of food I would get if I was to ordered without any extras. Why charge me close to a full meal price when all you’re going to do is give me the same amount of food. Felt like I got cheated out a meal for the second time. Better off ordering 2 orders instead of ordering extra off the same dish. Food is always good but portion is terrible especially if I paid for extra. Dine in is always good but take out I wouldn’t suggest due to portion size.

Have been coming to this place regularly , but lately the staff are a disappointment. On one occasion I had ordered tofu fried rice , the order came out and I could clearly see minced meat so I asked the waitress to confirm if this is vegetarian and she says ya it’s vegetarian, then I asked if she can check with the kitchen staff , she went in and came back to say the kitchen messed up , goes on to ask if you would like me to change it ? For a second I thought she was joking , anyways I said yea please bring what I ordered.

Second occasion I ordered a tofu and vegetable Pho along with avocado smoothie , the same waitress took the order from the first occasion , it was a straight forward order with no modifications. After like 15 mins that waitress comes back and says sorry we are out of avocado would you like to order something else ? facepalm i just cancelled my drink order at that point Another 10 mins later another waiter brings out the sauce and bamboo shoots for the side to go along with Pho and says your beef noodle soup will be out soon , i clarified with the waiter that I ordered tofu and vegetable pho to which he says I did not take your order let me check Another 5 mins goes by and the original waitress who took my order comes back and says kitchen has prepared beef noddle soup , would you like that or would you like to change your order ? She knew exactly what I ordered but for some reason felt compelled to ask if I would like to change my order 🤦🏻‍♂️ Overall food is decent , service...

Don’t order online. Not sure if the food is any good, but if you value your time, have to eat lunch on a break or care about customer service when you’re paying with your hard earned money, RUN. I ordered 3 entrees at 10:30 for 12.15 pick up (unfortunately it doesn’t offer delivery) because I wanted to try them and give them a chance. We are very happy with the other 3 Vietnamese restaurants in the area. I received 3 emails confirming my order and stating it would be ready at 12:15. One email was from Chownow & 2 from Song Lynn. At 12:20, my daughter arrived to pick it up and they didn’t know about it, have it etc. at 12:50, I called and the only thing they said was they forgot to transfer it into their system, and it would be another 10 minutes! I said my daughter has been there for a half an hour and I cannot believe it wasn’t ready yet. He proceeded to tell me that orders typically take 20-25 min (during lunch hour?). That’s unacceptable. No offer to reimburse me or do anything to fix it! Horrible customer service especially given that he admitted that it was their error! I told him it was our first time trying their place and would NOT be back. BTW our food came out at 1:05, 45 minutes after arriving to pick up the 10:30 order for...
