I've been here two times and in both cases I ordered food to go and in both cases it took over 15 minutes to get my food. Now I can understand if the place was busy I completely get that however I was the only customer in there on both occasions.
I can't understand for the life of me why there are only a few reviews in here that touch on the fact that it takes so long to get your food, because I can't be the only one.
Every now and then, I drive for a food delivery service and deliver food and every time I get a call to come to Church's Chicken even though I accept the delivery it can be dreadful because I know that I'm going to wait a minimal of 15 to 20 minutes and when there's only two other customers in there who are also waiting for food I'm sorry it throws up some serious red flags.
On more than one occasion I've had one of the associates tell me that it's going to take 10 to 15 minutes to cook the chicken and I just for the life of me don't understand why the chicken cannot be cooked constantly so that it keeps flowing out the door so when customers order it, you replenish it. It just makes sense, in fact it's common sense if you ask me.
If the chicken in the basket underneath the heat lamp starts to run low they should be putting chicken in the fryer so it's a continuous cycle but it seems like I'm waiting for them to butcher the chicken and pluck the feathers and then 15 minutes later I finally get my order.
I make sure to tell the customers that I deliver to exactly what time I arrived so that they understand that it was not in fact me who took forever it was in fact the establishment. Something needs to be done to expedite the process and that's where management needs to assess the complaints and rectify those mistakes based on the complaints that they're getting, that's what management is supposed to do and that's what being a good leader is, is understanding a situation and reacting to it...

⭐️ 1/5 - Terrible Service and Unhygienic Environment I had an absolutely frustrating experience at Church’s Chicken. I went inside to order because I wasn’t sure what I wanted, but the staff completely ignored us. While the lady at the counter was busy rushing through drive-thru orders, my family and I were left standing there for an absurd amount of time. We were just trying to order chicken for a family gathering, but apparently, that was too much to ask for. To make matters worse, my daughter needed to use the restroom, but both bathrooms were occupied the entire time. At one point, a fry cook came out and banged on the door, making me think it was probably another employee hogging the restroom. That’s completely unacceptable—customers should have priority, especially in a situation like this. Because of this, I had to leave without even placing my order to find a restroom for my daughter. When I returned, I decided to try the drive-thru instead, hoping for faster service. Nope! I was stuck waiting there for so long that I eventually gave up and left. I ended up going to Popeyes, where I was actually treated like a customer. Church’s Chicken needs to get their act together—train their staff to prioritize customers, manage their restrooms properly, and stop wasting people’s time. I won’t be coming back.

I replied No but I would like my food??????????? 3 young girls behind the counter looked at each other puzzled, as I walked to the counter another customer came in and got to the counter before me, he placed his order and the proceeded to have an issue with the 3 young ladies over the cost of his food, all the while I stood behind him with my receipt and no one else could wait on me. 10 minutes later when I was finally waited on for the 2nd time, the "terrible 3" cashiers acting like I was crazy, I pointed out the girl who waited on me and asked if she was JENNIFER because her name was on my receipt. 37 minutes after I placed my order a nasty JENNIFER said "I can give you your food now" I said NO THANKS I will just take a refund, she then starts to explain to me how it will be 3-5 days before I get my refund on my credit card, I said NO I PAID IN CASH, I WANT CASH BACK. The snotty JENNIFER slapped my cash in my hand and said here is your refund... BYE. Horrible service, rude young ladies behind the counter. No sorry no, nothing, just HERE IS YOUR REFUND... BYE.
