I absolutely love this location. Weâve been going to this specific location for 3 years and I have to admit it wasnât my favorite in the past because of consistency issues with my drink which is quite simple. So I did venture off for a while but lately have been going back here and Iâm not leaving now. For reference, we are every day Dutch-ers without fail; first thing I do in the morning is a coffee run. While the rest of the crew is nice, we LOVE Dawson & Kaia, they are the biggest reasons we come here consistently now. They have remembered our order (large iced annihilator extra sweet + large ice water extra ice) and they make it PERFECT every single time without fail. They see us coming and they start preppinâ the order cause they know đ Dawson has left us cute little notes on the lid, heâs seriously the sweetest and truly does brighten our mornings- or whatever time of day we go in because thereâs no rules, coffee is applicable 24/7. Well, Monday-Sunday 6a-11p đ Kaia is our girl though, I THOUGHT she was the manager here and was quite surprised to find out she isnât during a recent convo (I think sheâs a lead though?) Whatâs up with that, Dutch? She is so clearly on top of her game; she knows this place inside out, she not only remembers peoples orders (I have a friend that says she loves her too) but makes them correctly every time, sheâs so easy to talk to and is always in a contagiously good/chill mood, and not to down talk anyone else (this is meant for acknowledging her) but she just carries herself like she runs the place in the best way. We came by during a training day and kind of watched her teaching one of the new people out near the drive thru and I was thinking that i would love to have her as a manager. Sheâs just an all around great person, we LOVE her and if thereâs ever room for promotion to management Iâve gotta get my two cents in as a customer who weâd like to see fill that spot- because thereâs no doubt sheâd make this location flourish if she was in one of the charge positions. Regardless, we will continue coming back to this location just for her and Dawson. Round of applause to those two! đđź

   Read moreHad a terrible experience with a dutch bros employee last night. Dutch bros was having a $4 medium rebel deal so I decided to go. The drive-thru line was very long so we walked up to the window where we then waited for about half an hour for someone to even acknowledge the line forming at the window. Once they did we ordered as usual expecting to be charged $4 plus tax since we got a medium rebel. Instead, I was charged almost double as well as my sister. Initially I had thought it was simply an accident so once our order was done about 20 minutes later I asked about it. My sisterâs drink was also completely wrong and they made no effort to fix it. When I asked the employee confirmed that she did not give her the discount. Yet, she did not apologize. Based on her reaction and customer service I fully believe she did it on purpose. Now if this wasnât frustrating enough she did not apologize once or correct her mistake. The only âsolutionâ she gave me was 10-15 bonus points on my app. (She did not give this to my sister who deserved even more compensation than I did since she didnât even get the drink she paid double the price for!!)    Read moreIve been to this location a handful of times just because its closer to me than my favorite one. However as of yesterday (valentines) i will not be returning to this location. For one the drive thru is terrible and secondly the girl who took my order stole my money from the app didnt even ask if i wanted to tip. She had an attitude when taking my order and i always tip in cash because i believe you get the whole dollar in cash rather than being taxed. How do i know i was robbed? I had just charged up my app and it said $18 and some change after she scanned my app i now have .39 cent when i got a large drink and 2 kids drinks.. and i get it all the time so i know the total is not $18 then the next problem encountered, i was being sized up at the window the guy acted like he didnt even want to be there or was acting like he was only giving the bracelets to his favorite customers. This location needs to shut down or retrain these employees, the atmosphere sucks i go to dutch bros to be happy and bubbly and to get a drink but this location cant even make the coffee correct and the broistas even act like they dont want to be there.
