I went to this place on 8/3/2014 around 11:40am I got the number 8 and it was the nastiest thing I've ever had at a Burger King. The bread was hard the lettuce was almost black and there wasn't much on there it tasted like the stuff was rotten, I couldn't go back be because I was already half way to work in Phoenix. I will NOT be going back. I am so upset that i wasted money on this nasty food. I normally like burger king too. It's a shame. I decided tok give them another try and once again I was disappointed . My order was a simple ham and cheese sandwich with fries. I got my meal and it was a mess, my samdwich was hard as a rock my fries where like rubber. I asked for fresh fries and they did what i asked but they didnt give them to me. I had to go back up amd remind them. I asked for a new sandwich bevause it was hard and they made one for me that was nasty. The egg was all smashed and the cheese was brown and smashed like they did something to it before giving it to me. I asked for a supervised three times before they said ok I'll get one and left me sitting there for 15 minutes before saying we can't find a supervisor, do you want to wait. This place is notable and they need to be closed down or get new supervisors...
Read more**Edited 2-2024 I was so disappointed during our last 2 trips to this location. #1 - This location does not accept digital coupons. Boo! #2 - Bathroom was filthy and in disrepair. Fairly certain that I could return the following day and the same stains be there. #3 - Dining room was not clean either. Soda machine area had spilled liquids all over, the floors had food waste and debris on them. Tables were not freshly wiped off. #3 - If you order anything other than 'standard' be prepared to not receive the accurate thing for at least another 2-3 tries. Listening skills is certainly not strong-suit of this team. #4 - I totally understand that fast-food industry doesn't pay super well, nor do they have high standards of quality of work from their staff. BUT, that's when you get all of the problems that you have above. NO ONE CARES!

I ordered three double cheeseburgers. I made a mistake. I forgot to remove the pickles and the mustard and right when I noticed the mistake I went back. Maybe a couple minutes later asked the person through the drive-through if I could get them exchanged, I was told by the manager that they would not exchange it To throw away the other burgers I ordered that were wrong. She then said that I would have to purchase three new burgers if I wanted them right. She denied me a refund, even though I had not eaten any of them.
