I’ll start with a little back story. I came one other time before today when they first opened. I was not a fan. Burger wasn’t cooked, chicken tasted precooked from frozen and no real flavor to my burger. My family was in the mood for some burgers so we decided to head over to Habit and give them another try. I know my last visit was less than stellar, but I had hopes things would be better this time. Tonight no one was running the registers we could see so we ordered off the monitor. It took a bit longer, but no big deal. There was one booth left so we took our seat and waited. Everything came out fairly quickly thank goodness because we were starving. They were pretty busy so they definitely trying. I decided to try the bbq bacon char again, a double char with bacon and cheese, Santa Barbara Char and the chicken one more time. All with drinks and fries. I hate to say it, but I think tonight solidified I’m just not a fan. Maybe I’m trying the wrong thing because everyone seems to rave about it. All I could taste was the bbq sauce, no real flavor besides that. The fries were cold and my kids hardly touched them. The Santa Barbara Char was a hit with my daughter. It did look good, but she ate it before I could grab a pic lol. The inside is your typical burger joint. There is a nice outside patio a lot of people were enjoying now that it’s cooled down a bit. UPDATE: this Habit location has deteriorated. Saturday i went in and used the kiosk to order at 6:45 pm, the reciept said food would be ready at 6:56pm, they were busy so when the time passed we were patient, at 7:10 i flagged down the manager to check on our meal. This person didn't even know how to find the order number on the receipt, she scanned down and said "oh order 391" and just walked off, this is funny as 391 is the store number, the order number was 1077, 10 more minutes went by the manager was filling bags and never came back, flagged another person down, she actually went and checked the order, we watched the entire exchange. Turns out our order had been sitting since 7:10, we live about 5 minutes away, when we got our food out, it was cold, bread was soggy. Almost could not eat it was so bad. My wife ordered a lettuce wrapped burger, see the picture.At this time we will not be going to this Habit again Friday-Sunday The problem is they take orders from online, kiosks, counter and drive through and they don't have the staff to fill all the orders in a timely manner, and the manager in in over her head. Read moreI placed an order tonight hamburger with lettuce only and an order of fries and a drink. My order was delivered and it was the wrong order a chicken sandwich and then a chicken grilled sandwich two orders of fries and it was for the wrong person I was able to call the driver that delivered And let him know that he delivered the wrong order and he said this is what they handed him he went back to the restaurant brought the order that I ordered upon checking it. My order was wrong. The hamburger had tomatoes, grilled onions, sauce, and pickles. I attempted to call the store. No one would pick up. Finally I had an offsite person answer. The phone was very rude. Would not transfer me to the restaurant and when I asked for her name, she hung up. I tried again and I was able to get a hold of the restaurant. I spoke with a nice lady. I explained to her the situation and what happened. She was apologetic and felt really bad and put me in contact with corporate office. I filed a complaint and waiting to hear from them. Poor customer service from the person at their offsite, I wasn’t pleased with the order and I feel bad for the family that never received their order because the driver could not take it back.
