Do not order from this Chipotle very bad experience last night. Order from this Chipotle through ubereats my son and his friend went down to pick up the food brought $134 worth of food back and we're missing one bowl so they called and went back down to get the bowl. When they got there they were told they had to file a complaint through the Uber online system so we did they gave us a confirmation number and said they were messaging the store mind you this is at 9:45 at night only because it took them so long to make the food we ordered at 8:00. They refused to replace our bowl one of our children was not going to receive their food. And the gentleman said I'm sorry the system doesn't say so we're not going to be able to give you a free bowl because that's how the Uber process works.. First of all it's not free we spent $134.00 we had the receipt which they took and they kept and we had to call to ask for it back. I don't understand When you spend $134 and are missing one item which happens all the time when they're bagging things. any restaurant obviously besides Chipotle they would have no problem replacing one item do not shop here the food was terrible it was cold the chips were extremely stale and it didn't even taste like regular Chipotle the customer was right and they didn't make it right.šµāš« I do not recommend this Chipotle their behavior is disgusting for a trillion dollar company that can't even replace one burrito bowl. And because my son and his friend did not have cash or teller card on them they had to come all the way home by this time it was 10:00 or other child had not ate and they had to go to MCDONALD'S we had to go to McDonald's to feed our other child wrong so so wrong never ever will I go to this Chipotle ever again or any Chipotle the night guy who works there he has no compassion. We told our story to MCDONALDS when we went there And guess what they gave us food free they said that's terrible we'll make it better for you. šš¤© Go McDonald's you have more compassion than any Chipotle ever. They replaced the burrito. I figured itās a new restaurant so things happen and they need time to get everyone trained. Second time the portion for the meat was really bad. The third (and final) time, I intentionally didnāt order the barbacoa because it was swimming in juice. The pan and spoons for the beans were both crusting around the edges and also drowning in juice. All of the hot items were clearly older as they looked overcooked from sitting in the pans and the cilantro in the rice was browning and sticking to the sides of the pans. When we sat down, my fiancĆ© said his burrito was bland. My bol had clumps of rice, wilted lettuce with parts of the stem. All of the juices were in need of replenishment, there was dust above the ventilations, food on the ground, booth seats and the tables needed to be wiped down. There was a man whom I am assuming is an area or district manager sitting with a few employees. I knows 1:1ās are done but the restaurants appearance and quality of the food clearly needed to be addressed and on the spot training/coaching would have been a fantastic opportunity to do so. The boy who started building my bowl was ok but once I got to the young blonde girl it was over. She just looked at me until I said what I wanted and got rude / irritated when my fiancĆ© (his first time coming to chipotle ever) was taking a while to see what kind of different options they had and he didnāt know the names of the items. She just completely ignored us and closed our bowls. We felt very rushed (we didnāt get everything we wanted in our bowls) and I asked for a side of chips and queso and they gave me the queso in the tiniest little plastic container (that was melting with the queso) Iāve personally never seen at any chipotle. The guy who cashed us out didnāt acknowledge us at all until he grabbed the receipt and handed it to us. Iāve never been so uncomfortable to order food in my life. Iāll rather go to the one in Peoria or Glendale. Overall horrible customer service experience, I feel bad for new customers or people who have anxiety.
