Absolutely despicable behavior from staff. was forced to have uber eats cancel three different deliveries last night due to the staff refusing to serve me and claiming thet stop doordash and courier services at 3 a.m. for maintenance. this is absolutely not policy and just something employees in many fast food chains have been exercising in order to not have to serve customers and ultimately do the job their being paid to do. After addressing me using profanity over the intercom the young kid followed through with shuttig the drive thru window and cutting me off with a curt "have a good night sir" whilst i was trying to order just two cheeseburgers for myself after waiting over 15 min at the widow alone with just myself and ONE other vehicle in front of me in the drive thru. this however wasnt the worst part, i so happened of course to accept another delivery to the same location and this time order 2 sausage mcmuffins as i still hadnt eaten, the youg man recognized me immediately im sure thought their cameras and my voice and his unwillingness to help me remained in full although he grudgingly took my order and i order two sausage mcmuffins with cheese. now heres the part i truly thought really only ever happened in movie, but unfortunately i had to experience it. i recieved my order and knowing it would be a good idea just because i had the thought i decided to at least check if there was something done to my food. thank god i had that notion instead my usual hungry fast eating and driving, because upon even opening the top of the bag i was hit with the smell of what can only be explained as the harsh kind of sour stench of vomit. the cheese on the patties was all smushed around as if the patties themselves had been smeared in whatever that smell came from. i was immediately livid and hugely greatful something had told me to check first as i do not know how i would have reacted to having put something that smelled so rancid in my mouth let alone chewing and or swallowing any.... that would have been terribly bad. im still kind of in shock it even happened and have video of a delivery about an hour prior to this happening of him refusing me service for made up reasons etc. policy is policy and i am utterly astounded and highy disgusted. i will be going to the better business bureau and visiting the store during daylight hours to inform the general manager of the incident, times and all of that also to hopefully have footage reviewed in case whatever they did to my food was caught on camera. worst fast food experience of my life and i wouldnt wish it...
Read moreWorst mcdonalds I've been to in a long time. The employees are rude, they forget about orders, the place is never clean. The last time I was there, I was doing a door dash, for 2 frappes, not a difficult order. The drive thru was busy, but I was the only customer in the store. The manager took the order, and then I waited. The girl at the counter was sweeping.... ok, cool they are actucally cleaning, thats amazing in itself. But not one person, out of 15 people was making the drinks. I waited, and waited and waited some more. 10 minutes later a kid asks if I wanted to order anything. I said I already did, and showed him the order. He apologized, he was busy. So he tells someone else about the order..... I hear someone laugh and say make it again.... so apparently they either sat there for 12 minutes or they gave them away. Finally they make the drinks, the rude little girl puts them on the counter and walks away. I lean over to counter, because everyone was "busy" talking, to ask for a carrier for the drinks, Im trying to deliver them.... the girl looks at me confused, saying " for the drinks, the frappes...." Im like yes, please. That takes another few minutes and another talking with her friends. Then she puts it on the counter and walks away. At this point I wasnt quiet about saying how crappy the customer service was here. I go to grab straws, because she didnt bother to give them, no biggy. Except they are completely out of them. So I have to go back to the counter, lean over and loudly (because again, the girls are too busy talking) ask for straws.... to which the girl rudely grabs them and hands them to me. Im sorry, but seriously the WORST customer service Ive recieved, heck almost anywhere. Ive worked in customer service my whole life, and I have never treated a customer like this place does. Add to it the place is always dirty, their play area smells lile BO, and itbjust straight up sucks. I wont come back here again. Even for a door dash. Ill take the hit on ky acceptance rating and lose of money before i step foot in this place again. Absolutely rediculously...
Read moreAfter frequenting McDonalds for over 30 years, I will no longer be a customer. My last few visits have not been the best, and my most recent experience left me frustrated beyond measure.
The employees seem to have no sense of urgency nor strive to deliver quality customer service. Whether it’s drive-thru or in the restaurant, my last few visits have taken up quite a bit of time to get my order (correct), and there are several workers just standing around doing absolutely nothing.
Today, for example, I went inside to order just a cup of regular coffee. There were at least 5 other orders ahead of me within the restaurant, and probably several other orders waiting for pickup as those parking spots were occupied. After the employee took my order, there was no one else behind me for a while, and where I thought he might help out with some of the orders and perhaps pour the drinks, he just leaned against the wall waiting for the next customer to come in and order. I waited about 10 minutes, when I was about to go ask for a refund and cancel the order because I needed to be somewhere, another customer had walked up to do the very same thing. They had been waiting even longer than I had, and of course that was taking up some time as well because the cashier had no sense of urgency whatsoever. So needless to say, I just walked out. I wasted my time and money for yet another terrible experience and pure frustration!
In addition, this specific location I visit most often (store #31235) has continued to run out of items. They have been out of Dr. Pepper for at least a couple weeks and this morning they were out of hash browns.
McDonald’s needs to take a closer look at the people they are hiring, revamp their training program(s), and make work ethic a priority.
The food and service quality has continued to decline as prices have increased over the last couple years, and my experience this morning was the cherry on top! I will never order...
