Almost every time we visit this location, the fries are soggy and stuck together, and the employees aren't always the friendliest. However, today's experience is what really pushed me to write a review. After ordering, I was informed that the soda I wanted was unavailable, which often seems to mean they just don’t want to replace it at that moment. What truly frustrated me, though, was that I ordered the collectors meals for my kids instead of the kids meals because they were looking forward to the collectible items. When we received our food, there were no collectors cups in the bags. I asked if they were out, and the employee just replied, "Oh yeah, we’re out." I expressed that I wish they had mentioned this earlier while ordering so I could have ordered kids meals for my kids, who were now disappointed. Her response was simply, "Yeah, we’re out," and she closed the window. I completely understand that these are limited-time items, but people order these meals expecting to receive the collectible items. If you're out of them, there should be a sign or the employees should consistently inform all customers so these items are not expected, as the collectors' meal essentially becomes just a regular meal which also had a price difference. I called to see if they would be getting more in so we could get a rain check. The manager answered and said, "I’ve been sitting here listening, and all my employees have been telling you guys in the drive-thru." I replied, "No ma’am, I even had a conversation with the lady at the window, and if I had been told, I would’ve ordered kids’ meals instead so they could at least have a toy." The manager then said, "Well, no one told me anything about it, and we’re not getting any more." Before I could even thank her for at least taking feedback and ask about resolving the issue with the meal I paid for and the price difference, she hung up on me. Not only do the employees fail to communicate about unavailable items until after you've paid, but the manager is also rude. Rude managers lead to careless employees and someone needs to put a stop to it before it’s too late and the reviews continue to be negative. And sure you could say “it’s McDonald’s what do you expect” but a good manager would want to lead their employees and be an example to changing that statistic for the business....

I don't frequent Micky D's, only when I don't feel like anything else, I'm out of food, and don't feel like shopping. Don't get me wrong though... I can get down on it no problem. Every time I'm heading there, I'm thinking... "Man, I should go to Grand and Meeker... Ugh but it's two miles further. At least I know my food will be cooked and I'll get the right order." But, almost every time I pick the closer... This location. Tonight is definitely the last time. It's always something wrong... Always... Every single time. Ordered a #1 no pickles in the drive thru. I was very nice as I always am in public, quick order and no hassle at the microphone. The reciept taped to the Big Mac carton was clearly labled "No Pickles". I counted six pickles on the sandwich, and there was several times the normal portion of dressing on it as well. It was a cardboard bowl of thousand island dressing with pickles and a few slices of cold, unmelted cheese. When I do eat MD's I will change it up and order different things. It doesn't matter what I order, if I order it from Greenway and Reems... It is wrong. It blows away any sense of logic or law of averages. Not only the worst McDonalds I have ever been to, and honestly quite convinced worst in the nation. This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. Now, I've been wronged worse by other hosts and locations, but never by unending and unyielding incompetence. My words to management and owners: Do not contact me to make this right or whatever you feel you need to say, save it. That's the only advice I have for you. Went there last night 10/10/24 and ordered 2 Big Macs with no onions, pickles or sauce(I know it’s strange but it’s the way I like my Big Macs) and we ordered some other menu items. we waited for 15 minutes for our food which was no big deal for us because the drive thru was under construction and it was very busy inside. We ordered from the kiosk and wasn’t given a receipt so we asked the manager for it (she wwas a woman on the shorter side but we didn’t catch her name). She then told us they’ll call it out, Didn’t give us a receipt but because we ordered a significant amount of food and used my app so we didn’t mind much. Then while our foods being made we see all the employees messing around and on their phones and also overheard them talking crap about our order. We brushed it off as we were ready to get out of there. When we received our food we checked the Big Macs and bag and noticed we were missing a hot and spicy and also the Big Macs had onions on them. We got back in line to ask them for our Big Macs to be redone and the hot and spicy and we stood there for 10 minutes while everyone else is also waiting for their food. And normally I would just brush them off but there were onions all over the sandwiches so when they finally came to take the Big Macs, they took them to the back and started laughing and talking shit about it needing to have no onions and THEN we get our Big Macs like 5 minutes later and we check them to notice that all they did was poorly attempt to scrape the onions off. They then gave us dirty looks as we checked the Big Macs and At that point we were done so we left but this McDonalds is one of the worst I’ve ever seen, it was dirty, no one was attentive or even friendly at all.
