I have lived near a Raising Canes for about 3 years now and never tried it. Im from San Diego and never saw a Raising Canes till I moved to Arizona. I consider myself some what of a chicken strip pro as its prolly my favorite thing to eat since I can remember and im 42 now. My favorite spot in San Diego was Wings and Things, well I tried Canes last night and was blown away, its the first strip that reminded me of Wings and Things. Hands down they are the best strips ive had in Arizona and seriously cant wait to go back!!! I got a 4 strip meal and I will say at first site the strips looked small but they were filling, I could of prolly taken down 1-2 more but thats not a problem here cause you can actually add as many strips as you want for I believe $1.18 a strip. The only cons for me was the cole slaw, im a fan of a sweeter cole slaw and I prefer it cold, mine was warm. BUT they actually will let you modify your combo and switch the cole slaw for another piece of toast or extra fries or sauce, never seen a fast food spot do that, love it. The other only con was the sauce, it wasnt for me which is fine BUT they do not offer any other sauce to my knowledge, no bbq or ranch etc just there house sauce. Bottom line is the strips are amazing and ill def be there 2-4 times a month now. So sad I never went sooner, couldnt of been enjoying these strips for 3 years now, ill just have to make up for...
Read moreI ordered, and the girl asked if I wanted my receipt. Note to all ,at this location, say yes as I did because they only take your name for your order. So I got my drink and sat down, and waited for my name to be called. So after 15-20 minutes, I waited at the counter and the girl never ask me if I needed help. I had to ask her if my order ever came. She asked my name, she said there was no order with my name. So then she gets the manager, and the first thing he asks for is my receipt. I told him the girl at the cashier asks if you want a receipt, I told him you need to give everyone a receipt. So he said they were busy, so my order got messed up. So now I had to wait for another 10 minutes for my food. By that time, people who ordered behind me had already finished and gone. From the time stamped on my receipt, until the time I got my order was 30 minutes... Unacceptable. BTW, the Diet Coke was so moldy tasting, I had to pour it out and get sweet tea. But when I wanted to refill, both Sweet Teas we're empty and I had to refill with an unsweetened tea. I had not been to Cane's in 3 years because of this same kind of service at another location, and the wife and I decided to try again, nope, strike 2. I will not be...

Parking lot appeared busy while the interior still offered plenty of room. Building exterior and parking lot appeared clean and well maintained free of any noticeable issues. Warmly welcomed upon entry by a highly enthusiastic staff member. Ordering was simple and straightforward. Any lag time from ordering to presentation proved minimal at best. Dining area was bright and institutionally cheerful. A dedicated staff member continuously cleaned the area from table to table. It's truly refreshing in the post pandemic world where mediocre customer service is routinely accepted as the norm to once again experience genuine old-fashioned customer service by the cheerful staff who obviously have pride in themselves, their organization and its products. Food was presented hot, fresh and delicious. We found our meals moist and extremely pleasing. Overall we encountered an exceptionally pleasant 5⭐ experience and would gladly return. We felt WELCOMED and most importantly we felt VALUED as guest.
