Rito's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Surprise

fyi the place looks old and is dirty & smells. 👎🤢👎🤢👎Food is HORRIBLE🤢👎🤢👎🤢👎let me repeat that... The🤢 Food🤢is🤢WORST🤢than HORRIBLE🤢. I order 1 Beef enchilada, (They DO NOT Carry Chicken which makes a person Wonder WHY) 1 BEAN BURRITO (It was large not fried all over beans & the SOUPY BEANS were RUNNING OUT of tortilla),1 coke, 2 BEAN (cups were small) 2 RICE (cups were small & rice HORRIBLE) 2 chips( SMALL nasty oil they cooked them in) 1 guacamole (SMALL weird🤢taste) 1 sour cream (SMALL very poor quality &🤢taste🤢). My FOOD was OVER 💲40.00. 👉TacoBell👈would HAVE BEEN BETTER. I COULD NOT EAT IT. I THREW IT ALL AWAY. It made me SICK🤢 & gave me DIARRHEA🤢 They CHANGED OWNERS. They CHARGE you SEPARATELY for EACH ITEM and the PRICES ARE HIGH FOR WHAT YOU GET. For a FAMILY of 4 you would be way OVER a 💲200.00💲 I Could Have Gone to A Nice CLEAN Place Like 🏆Rancho Mirage🏆 WITH Excellent👍👍👍 FOOD For👉1/2👈The👉 PRICE💲I PAID👉, including a Pacifico👈& had Left Overs that are still good the next day. I kid You not! The🤢Food is TERRIBLE🤢. The cashier is really self-centered & Dumb! The place is dingy, dirty & run down even though it was remodeled. It is NOT a pleasant place to wait for your food or eat. They want tips but Do NOT do anything to earn a tip. Rito's is our go to for burritos that remind us of home. We get Red Chili and Green Chili Burritos "Enchilada Style". They are both really large and taste great. The Red is earthy and filled with beef chunks and the Red sauce is outstanding. Jut the right amount of heat. The Green Burrito is sweet with that spicy back note that makes you wanting more. You can have the Green with Red or Green saucy on top. Either is a good choice. Both of the burritos are sized perfectly if you are really hungry. Or if you are like us; we eat half for dinner and then the next morning we'll put a fried egg on it and it takes us back to NM. Rito's recently just adjusted there hours and we love it. They are now open until 8pm Monday - Saturday. It was hard getting there before 6pm, so thanks for extending your hours. Also, adding Monday is just the right thing to do. I still sting from sitting out in the parking lots yearning for a burrito for lunch waiting until they opened at 11am. We moved to Surprise 5 yrs ago and were excited to know there was a Ritos here. We've been coming on and off to dine in and it doesn't matter what day if the week it is, this is not a busy restaurant. There are a lot of pick up orders but it never seems overwhelming! That said, the greeting girl we've had the last few times, is not friendly. She almost looks as if she doesn't like her job but i come here for the food, so I gave her a pass. We usually get the red chile burro and it's so good! I came for taco Tuesday since I saw a sign that there's a special for 2 tacos+rice and beans for $10.55. Again, not that busy of a place and the kitchen sounds very quiet with 2 people working in it (you can see their heads moving in there through an opening in the wall). We haven't been given chips and salsa the last 2 times we've come and waited a 30 min. for our whole meal to be room temperature! I love their beans so that's what keeps me coming back but it seems to be getting worse and worse. I hope they fix...
