Starbucks — Restaurant in Surprise

I went in here this morning, and I was shocked at how clean it was. I've been to a few other Starbucks around here, and I've thought the opposite. The difference was significant. The counters were spotless and the stainless steel was sparkling. Everything was perfectly in its place.

The coffee's always good too. I just drink an iced coffee, but trust me, this can be done wrong. There's another Starbucks down the road, and I can't count how many times I've sucked in coffee-grinds.

I usually go here in the mornings to grab either a tall coffee or a sausage cheddar and egg breakfast sandwich. Today I decided to get the sandwich and a coffee and it looks like someone took a bite out of the egg portion of the sandwich. I assumed the sandwich was ok since I go there a lot so I didn't notice this until I got back home. I was so grossed out I didn't even drink the coffee either. I'll never go back to this location! We've been a few times, in person. One time our order was not done even after waiting 30 minutes. We came back after church and 2 hours later and picked it up - even though it was cold. Today we went in person, ordered 2 hot mochas. We had to wait about 15 minutes while others who ordered BEHIND us were served. Then one of the hot mochas came to the counter.
