I came around 11:15 and the first thing I notice is the young lady at the counter she's got a line of 3 people including my self. None of us were greeted. This young lady looked absolutely miserable being at work. Not one smile. Get tone was flat. 15 mins go by and Danielle the assistant manager came back from her break and my that time the young lady Kayla or Makayla wasn't even done with the second person in line and there is now 8 more people in line waiting. Danielle washed her hands greeted every one in the store and apologized for the wait. Danielle had everyone out in 15 mins. She was running around so fast. I ate my sandwich in store and observed the situation alil bit and hopefully manager position will be open for Danielle soon because I've been eating out along time and I haven't seen this kind of amazing customer service in a very long long time. She's a mix of old school new school and something I've never seen before. The new girl does not like being here and needs a serious talk from management on how to treat her coworkers the ranks and everything in between. Danielle was prepping helping customers making bread and stocking the line all while keeping a huge smile on her face and getting the job done. Good job Danielle. I hope to see you in management very soon you DESERVE IT.

All we did is walk in for 2 sandwiches, not only did Jennifer have an attitude problem with her employee Josh, saying her honorary attitude was okay because ”she’s been here 9 years” and the attitude extends WITH CUSTOMERS TOO. A poor elderly woman wasn’t sure if her order was under her name , or her husbands, and jennifer gave her the rudest response.… My boyfriend stepped in and she continued to harass him, and actually started to raise her voice and argue with him because he asked her TO BE KIND TO HER CUSTOMERS??? It then turned into a screaming match, while we are trying to pay for our food, he continued to ask her to stop speaking to him and she would not and continued to berate us until we leave. Read moreThe service was not so great. There was two people working but we didn’t know that until we were leaving. The kid working was completely dissatisfied with his job, throwing our sandwiches together like slop and seeming irritated when we had to repeat our order (or remind him). When asked “you dont like your job much, huh?” The response was “not really, I’m actually looking for a better job, one that pays better.” Sad, nice kid but miserable and it showed in his customer service, his sandwich making ability, and cleanliness.
