Surprise Smoke And Vape My Smoking Shop — Local services in Surprise

So, I have been stopping by this new smoke shop due to begin close to home. Their prices are high especially for glass products, but I still decided to give them a try. I understand running a store and having to pay employees and all, but you are charging double and a half on everything in the store, even after the 10% discount you offer to customers, if they can post a positive review online. I have bought 3 glass items from this store which come to find out I was overcharged anywhere from $15.00 - $20.00 plus tax and after a review discount. One glass item was priced at $46.99 plus tax at their store, online its 26.96 free ship and tax included and same exact item. Another item I purchased for $48 from their store and the same thing is online it for $24. Vapes are no better either. I was buying single vapes at $21 or 2 for $34. On one occasion I happened to stop by I met someone new working. The new guy had trouble ringing me up and well he asked the other employee how much for the two vapes. They spoke in a different language, but I heard him say in English "just ring him up for 34, the special he's a returning customer". Well, I handed the new employee $40, and he still couldn't get it ringed up, he asked to wait a minute, while i waited I went to go look at the glass items shelves',when was then told my change was ready, which was a dollar and some change. That was my final visit. They charged me $38. Every time I visited it's never the same price and I only been here 4 times before I started suspecting something was off. Guess what I'm trying to say is this place is a Bait and Switch. They'll bait you in offering low prices than what stickered and offer a discount if you place a positive review online, and even then, it's still overpriced by at least $20. Or they'll switch and stay fixed on the sticker price tell you the price verbally and as they ring you up, you cannot even tell if he gave you a discount or just simply covering the sales tax. In my case I paid $48 when I could of bought it online for $24 with ship/tax. I agree the brothers work there have great customer service skills, but their stores prices are way overpriced. My recommendation to new customers is search online for glass items and vapes, avoid overpaying by buying it from this store, I know it's a smoke shop and smoke shops are pricey but, in these times, business should know better, these items are online and I wanted to support a local business but not in a way where im overcharged $20 extra every visit when I can pocket that money and have my items...

Changing my 5 star review. I had a deal with the smoke shop on pricing. Went in a couple times and they did keep to the agreed price. Later the price charged and one of the guys went as far as writing a new price on a receipt stating I will give it to you for this from now on. Well, that changed again. By far the BEST SMOKE SHOP in the valley!! Hell, probably in all of Arizona! They hit the mark on everything that I am looking for when I go to a smoke shop. Outside of the guys being wonderful, funny and super helpful, the inventory is FANTASTIC!! They always have the newest coolest stuff displayed right out where you are able to actually interact with it and check it out. They don't keep everything behind glass making you feel like a child that can't be trusted with anything in the store.
