Our service was unacceptable at this restaurant! This location is built around serving seniors between 3PM and 5PM for early dinners. After that it is blind luck if you will get good service. Most of the staff retreats to the kitchen. I decided to go out for my one special night a year for steak. My one night out. We get seated at around 535PM. 10 minutes to get drinks. All of the staff is heavily focused on 70, 80, and 90 year old people. We order a bloomin onion. Waitress said they burned it three times and she brought us one that was still burnt. My lady ask to remake it and was told "what you want them to do a fourth time"?. Like the last time I checked I want what I ordered and how it looks on the menu? Since when does that not happen. This is where a downward spiral occurred. We did get a fourth bloomin that was fresh that was hot that was how it appears in the pictures, however this pushed back our entrees into oblivion. Our steaks were cold and mine was burnt black. The chicken was dry as bone and soggy with nasty stringy cheese. The vegetables were watered down.
The wait staff completely gone in the back. We would go 10-15 mins between waiting for our server to come back and check on us. By 6:15PM we were ready to leave. All of the elderly customers were long gone and they got priority service. There literally were rows of empty tables with dirty nasty plates all over. No one is cleaning up. Napkins on the ground. Food ground into the carpet. The manager came back over with another steak for my lady but by that time we were ready for the check.
We will never go back to Outback after this. I also woke up with morning with a pounding headache from the restaurant and have not felt well today. I will let the readers of this review decide if it is worth the risk. Sure you can show up here and get great service. Its unlikely. There are other similar reviews to this as well. This is a pattern at this Outback. I will look into contacting corporate...
Read moreHaven’t been to an Outback Steakhouse in like forever but the wife and I Went to a baseball game earlier In the year and received a $10 gift card and a coupon for a blooming onion. Was actually excited about returning to Outback loved their blooming onion and their steaks. Being a Sunday and Labor Day weekend and all thought it would be best to Called to get on list for call ahead seating but she assured me that their was no wait. Sure enough there was no unless you want to count how long it took the hostess to come to the podium. When she did seat us we sat for at least 10 Minutes waiting on a waitress just to say hi. After about another 5 minutes or so the same hostess sat another couple behind us and almost immediately someone came over greeted them and took their drink order. I went back up to the hostess stand and informed them that we had not been greeted and the other table that she sat after us has been and already have drinks. She apologized and said give her a moment. We gave her a moment and then the next thing we knew she walked back by us and without a word. We waited another 5 minutes or so and a waitress did a walk by and said I’ll be with you in a moment and went to another table greeted them and took their drink order. At that point we were done. As we were walking out the waitress tried to stop us by saying I can help you now.. I said you know what you can get me the manager. We waited on the manager which was getting reemed out by another customer for her food arriving cold. I told him the situation and of course he apologized and asked to pay for our meal but bad service always out ways a free meal. (You get what you paid for) I told him that’s okay we will walk next door to the Texas Roadhouse where they seem to always treat us well. At the Roadhouse there was a 10 Minute wait but our waitress Lailani was. Great, oh and so was the food… I see why they did not have a wait…. When will these restaurants recognize...
Read moreThis place and food were an absolute disaster. This place needs renovation badly - it was smelly and dingy. The boot was moving badly. Waiter - older blond lady ( 22 Feb @ 02:00 pm ) was far from being friendly and attentive. We ordered soup, bloomin' onion, and a side of strawberry salad for a starter. We ask the waiter twice to please bring a starter first, and a main dish later. The soup - broccoli cheddar - was almost cold, and so was the bloomin' onion which was not only cold but also oily and extremely salty. The strawberry side salad barely covered the bottom of the dish.
The main dish came Sirloin & Alice Spring Chicken ( $28.99 ) - the baked potato was old and cold, there was almost no topping on the potato, steak, and chicken were cold. The chicken was covered with a cheese crust, cheese got crusty because it was cheap quality cheese. I am attaching pictures. It was the worst ever " food". The waiter never asked if everything is ok, she probably knew that she is serving unacceptable quality dishes. The only reason why I did not give everything back and walked away from this place was my guest. I was there with my friend from Sydney, Australia. Nobody at this place greeted him or even acknowledged his presence. I was so ashamed of the service, this place, and its food. But because of my Australian guest, I kept everything to myself. It was the first and last time I entered this ambiance.
As they requested in their response to my feedback - I sent them message through their website. My message got totally ignored. No one has contacted me, or responded to my...
