DEN Bubble Tea - Banh Mi - Pho — Restaurant in Susquehanna Township

Really dissatisfied and disappointed with the service from this place. Yesterday I took my muslim friends from MD to this place to get some refreshments because it was a hot day yesterday. We got there and there were two guys at the store, right from the gecko they were so rude. I placed my order and the first guy rudely ignored us and left us to get the other guy. When they other came his attitude was also rude, he yelled at me and asked “What size???” So i said “Large”, he ignored me ans pointed to the board, I was so confused but still kept my calm. Since we placed more than a couple drinks, I continued placing my order but he still rudely yelled “What Size?” Even after I said all the order will be large. I lost it and told him, maybe he needs to learn how to be nice and friendly to his customers.

I’ve also told by other muslim family and friends that they had the same experience when they got drinks from this place. Weirdly this place got some good reviews so why are they being rude to us. Is it because we are muslim and wear hijabs???

This is my second time here and like the first time, the food is alright. I drive past there frequently,so I wanted to see what they were all about. The first time two weeks ago I got a small chicken lo mein for my granddaughter, She liked it and I tasted it thought that it was good. A few days ago made the second visit. Didn't mind the 30 minute wait, I took in consideration that the food was made fresh.My meal was to go.But the deal breaker was three girls sat across from me and two of them had small dogs in their laps! I normally don't post reviews but this time, I couldn't hold back. EVERY DOG ISN'T A SERVICE DOG. Also, the place needs to be cleaned overall. A good place to start would be the hazy windows and brighten up the woodwork with fresh paint. But I will say that the lady who took my order was very cordial. I can overlook the condition of the place but...

My dad and I go to this place often and it is always a fine experience. The food is good, but the hygiene could be better. I saw a few ants on tables, and the bathroom is in poor condition. I felt terrible for the women beside us. Her water had hair in it, and her spring rolls were raw, slimy, and late. Which was shocking because I’ve had their spring rolls before, and they’re always perfect. The Pho is always delicious, I highly recommend, and the bubble tea is amazing! But the thing that really turned me off was the spider. Another set of customers in front of us encountered a spider, which is a problem.
