McDonald's — Restaurant in Susquehanna Township

I’m kind of disappointed with McDonald’s these days. It seems that every McDonald’s that we go to their milkshake machine doesn’t work or their frappe machine is dirty or something having to do with one of the machines having to do with ice cream is not up and running. I don’t know why this is, but I know when High would go to McDonald’s back in the day everything was up and running McDonald’s never let their machine down for more than a half a day that cost them money. And as a person that does McDonald’s every day sometimes twice a day I find this very disturbing. I had to wean myself off my frappes because I was addicted to them. And with the machine only working a quarter of the time that just wasn’t satisfying my need. I have called corporate office, asking why more than half of the McDonald’s in the greater Harrisburg area have machines that aren’t running or are broken or waiting on a part. This doesn’t make any sense to me to have all these machines that are broken in these restaurants corporate office act like they didn’t have any idea what I was saying, so it fits the purpose of getting these managers some help if that’s what indeed they need. I think that the managers of these stores need to be more mindful of the customers needs and wants and either call corporate and have them get a move on with the parts that they need for machines or tell their employees to stop being lazy and clean...

I ordered McDonald's from the mobile app and went to curbside to pick up my order, when I sat there for 25 minutes waiting for my order to come out the manager who was very rude finally came out and stated we are very busy what would you like me to do? First of all I would have liked my food on time, second of all I've been in the Foodservice business for over 30 years I have lots of experience as a food Runner I would have gladly gone in and helped if he needed it that bad and couldn't control his restaurant. And to top it all off our food was cold our order was all wrong and are McFlurries were not mixed! And this did not just happen one night it happened the very next night also! I always like to give a second chance so I went back the next night and surely enough it happen again! Now I go to this particular McDonald's almost every single day, I won't anymore due to the fact of the ignorance of this manager and speaking to me the way he did you do not talk to customers the way he talked to me and I did call the McDonald's corporation and report him because if he does not know how to manage his store and control his store and talk to customers in a decent way he does not need to be the manager! I definitely would not recommend this McDonald's...
