What can be said about a coffee shop That provides delicious coffee and espresso drinks, dynamic customer experience, and has chocolate in its name?!? LOL. Choco latte is simply an amazing shop, family owned and operated, and staffed with the team that is passionate about customer service and quality drinks. And let me not forget about mentioning the delicious baked goods! During my first day in Sutter Creek California two months ago, I received a gift card from my now business partner who raved about this place for weeks prior to my arrival. I truly believed that he was exaggerating about the excellence and quality he had encountered at this small coffee shop in the hills of California. Much to my surprise, Choco latte with absolutely everything he told me great atmosphere clean bristling with activity, and, quite frankly, one of the best customer experiences with a small business I have ever encountered in the United States.

One of the best memories that I have of Choco latte after multiple experiences visiting the shop is that of Becky taking the time to carefully explain to me in the process of drying she was Matthew for another customer that I raise my eyebrow at. Is she noticed look on my face and took the time to ask the customer if she could take a moment and explain her drink to me, and then took the time to detail the espresso making process to me. I was shocked.

after my first visit to Chokolatte and following my move to California I’ve made it a point to return on a weekly basis with my business partner. Every visit has been as amazing as my first experience at Choco latte. Every drink, every muffin, each quiche, every truffle, and each and every encounter with staff has been stellar.

Having owned a coffee shop in the past, I know the challenges and rewards of being an owner operator and employee on the front lines of a shop like this. Every day presents a new challenge and each customer provides an opportunity to make or break the business. Management staff and owners I’ve Chokolatte go out of their way to ensure that each encounter with a customer is amazing. Every stop in but I have encountered delivery service with a smile, even though through a mask, And every order is prepared with commitment, dedication, passion, and a dash of love. I have always felt appreciated at the end my experience I Choco latte without exception.

Another thing I’ll point out about Choco latte, the decore is off the chain! from the high-end versions of all non-games such as Scrabble and chess, to the Kitch the lines the shelves, and all of the fun tea and coffee cups that invite you in, it is simply an amazing experience.

We were in Sutter Creek for a little 1 night getaway with the family. We went in for the first time in the afternoon. The shop was too cute! If I was a local, I'd be in there everyday, find a good little nook to read in while I sip on some coffee! Anyway, we got ice cream for the family, and it was soo good! Everyone loved it! We came back in the morning and grabbed some coffee. The staff were so nice and sweet and very welcoming! Right before we were about to leave town I ran back in. I like to treat myself with a nice flavorful, fattening blended chai on occasion. I pay extra to have ice cream added in, extra chai powder and emphasize that I like my drink really thick and flavorful. This is the third time and third girl that has made my drink subpar. It's very funny, not thick at all and has a hint of chai flavor. Definitely won't be trying a 4th time.
